Floor layout can be very far and there is no upgrade room. Compare price with other Hotel near by like Pull Man G and So Sofitel the room and service are much better

We spent a full week in Bangkok and genuinely loved our stay at ibis Styles Bangkok Silom. From start to finish, everything exceeded our expectations. The location is unbeatable—right in the heart of Silom with endless things to do. The vibrant food market right next door is a dream for food lovers, and you’re also just steps away from a shopping mall, cafés, restaurants, and convenient stores. Plus, the BTS and MRT are within easy reach, making it simple to explore the city. The staff is absolutely superb—friendly, professional, responsive, and genuinely welcoming. From the airport pickup to the drop-off, the service was seamless. It’s clear that the hotel’s excellent team culture starts at the top. Mr. Pongsak Klawthanong, the General Manager, deserves special recognition. His commitment to guest satisfaction, hands-on leadership, and attention to detail are reflected in every part of the hotel. You can feel his influence in the warm hospitality, the spotless environment, and the efficiency of every department. Our room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, complete with a king bed and well-designed décor. We also noticed the thoughtful touches throughout the property—the fun design elements and clean, well-maintained public spaces. The breakfast buffet was abundant, diverse, and delicious every morning. We also had lunch at the hotel restaurant and it was truly outstanding—fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. Unfortunately we were not able to utilise the hotel’s rooftop pool and bar but we did get a chance to go up and took advantage of the lovely view of the city skyline. Overall, ibis Styles Bangkok Silom is exceptionally well-run, and it shows. Mr. Pongsak Klawthanong and his dedicated team have created a welcoming, vibrant, and comfortable environment that truly enhances the Bangkok experience. We highly, wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the city.
