My experience in Bangkok would have been a horrible one if it weren't for the helpful staff at the front desk. I lost my phone on my second night and was stranded, clueless. With their help, I was able to retrieve my phone and have my life back with relief. The rest of my trip went wonderfully. The hotel is in a fantastic central location, walkable to many places nearby. When I return to Bangkok, I will be sure to book at this location again!
