While we appreciate your positive comments on breakfast, our team, check-in, check-out, cleanliness, and our sustainable initiatives, I am deeply concerned about the issues you raised. Firstly, I apologize that Miss Mi restaurant did not meet your expectations, particularly regarding its ambiance compared to our website and the perceived value for its pricing. Your feedback is important, and I will share it directly with our Food & Beverage team to review both the dining experience and how it is presented online. Most importantly, I sincerely regret that the fire alarm sensor light in your room was so disruptive to your sleep. I understand completely that a good night's rest is paramount, and if that is compromised, the overall purpose of the stay is defeated. While these sensors are a vital safety feature, their intensity should not hinder a guest's comfort. We take your feedback on the piercing flash very seriously, and I will immediately investigate this with our engineering team to see if there are adjustments or solutions that can be implemented to mitigate this issue without compromising safety.
