I was disappointed with two things. Firstly, the hotel site did not specify that the hotel is only 6 floors high, and being located on a busy street means it is close to noise. Secondly, I asked for a high floor as being aware of the noise and a light sleeper, I wanted to ensure I was not impacted. On check-in the service advisor could only get me on the 4th Floor. They did change the room to a back room away from the busy street on the same floor, however the room I was given was opposite a service entrance. I was woken several times during the night with staff using the service entrance. I ended up having a poor sleep and felt very tired the next day.
