I've stayed a couple of times now and have always had quiet rooms, which are well appointed and comfortable. The hotel is well-located, right opposite Southern Cross Station. And breakfast is very good.

We rang up late the night before we needed the room , we arrived in Melbourne around midday and were told the night before they had a secure place for our luggage until 2pm check in, we arrived at 12 our room was ready, could not be happy, and everything we needed was within 500m marvel stadium, public transport and food places everywhere.will definitely be back and staff were so friendly and helpful.

I came for a very short visit with my wife and found the hotel to be above what we expected. Very conveniently located walking distance from the main bus terminal and all other metro lines. The hotel itself was fresh and comfortable. Staff were friendly and courteous. Overall, we had an amazing time and would love to stay at the hotel once again.
