Dear Guest, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. First of all, we sincerely apologize that your stay did not meet your expectations. We understand your disappointment regarding the room configuration and the breakfast experience. Regarding the room occupancy, we would like to clarify that as soon as the issue was brought to our attention, our reception team offered an additional room free of charge as an immediate solution. Unfortunately, due to hotel occupancy and room availability, we were unable to provide an alternative room accommodating four persons in a single room. We understand that this was not your preferred arrangement, especially when travelling as a family. Concerning breakfast, we regret that certain items were unavailable during your visit. This does not reflect the standard of service we strive to provide, and your comments have been shared with the relevant departments for review and improvement. We truly value our loyal Accor members and are sorry that this stay left such a negative impression. Please accept our sincere apologies for the inconvenience caused.
