I would like to particularly thank the person working for this hotel, he is called Firdaus and Madam Mariam. I lost the passport in Airport but I noticed the fact that I lost the passport until I need to check in the hotel. It is my first time facing this situation so I was in a sad mood. Also one officer from the hotel was very impolite and rude to me. Later Mr. Firdaus handled the situation in a very nice way so that I decided to still give rather good rate for this hotel. Since at the moment I argued with the other officer I was very disappointed about Singapore of this contry in the f but now Mr.Firdaus and also other very nice people I met in Singapore I completely changed my opinion. I think it is a very nice contry. Many thanks to Mr. Firdaus and Madam Mariam. All the best!

The staff, Mariam, Ian and Ray were very polite, nice and helped a lot, please send my thanks to them. The room had everything we needed, a nice big window so there was a lot of natural light, the aircon was nice and cooling. Overall, it is very impressive for a budget hotel, I would come here again and would recommend it to others
