I really like the hotel. Room was comfortable. I had valet parking and would have loved to have been able to easily access my car a few times rather than asking someone on reception for help. I am happy to park my own car. I also HATE the water in the rooms. It tastes like chemicals and actually made me feel sick. I LOVE the water station in the bar near reception. I would LOVE to another on level 1 for the conference rooms too. Dinner at Miss Mi was amazing - I was in a group of about 10 on Wednesday night and we had some kind of package deal where loads of food just keep coming out. It was excellent! Lunches in the conference room were quite average. I had a lot of bones in my salmon and couldn't eat it. Overall I really like your hotel!

We had a good time, but there were some shortcomings in the room service (for example, towels, milk, coffee....)

Disappointing, pretty sure there was an intruder in my room or trying to get it, room wasn't clean, service not great

Checking in was a delightful experience, we were assisted by a very friendly and welcoming member of staff. Overall we had a great stay and would stay again. However it could have been a 10 out of 10 but there were a few small things which brought it down to 8. There was some mould around the sink in our room. The tables in the bar area were dirty. The tables and chairs in the pool area were dirty - food scraps on the chairs and dirty glasses left laying around. I feel just a little more attention to detail with cleaning would make the hotel better.
