Hotel very good. Parking arrangement poor.

We will definitely come back to this hotel. We loved everything about it, location, comfy bed and pillows, and very friendly, helpful staff

The pool bar is not open (contrary to photos and description on the website), the QR code at the pool did not work so we couldn’t order food or drinks, there were never clean towels at the pool, the pool was heavily chlorinated to the point it burnt my skin.. but not clean (things floating in the pool everywhere), we paid $90 for late check out but our cards stopped working, we were woken up by housekeeping and they came back 3 times (different people) even though we had late check out and we told them we didn’t need housekeeping today, our breakfast order was wrong and one plate missing entirely, we couldn’t have cocktails in our room. This was not the experience we wanted and quite disappointing.

When we arrived at midnight, the bed was not prepared, even though I had informed the hotel of my estimated arrival time a couple of days in advance. Additionally, the air conditioning was quite noisy

We understand how frustrating this must have been, especially when arriving at midnight with your family, and this is certainly not the level of service we aim to provide. Your comments have been shared with our front office and housekeeping teams to ensure better coordination and preparedness for late arrivals moving forward. I am also sorry for the disturbance caused by the noisy air conditioning. Guest comfort is extremely important to us, and your feedback allows us to address such issues more proactively. While I appreciate your positive comments regarding cleanliness, breakfast, Wi-Fi, and our check-out process, I regret that these did not fully balance out the inconvenience you experienced during check-in.
