Booked a couple of nights with my best friend and our daughters to enjoy some time together and a ballet performance we were looked after so well by the staff and the Girls had such a great time a memory for life!!

There is usually complimentary water in the room - not this time.

I’m sorry to hear about the inconsistencies during your stay, including the room phone not working, delays with room service, and the towel replacement oversight. This is not the level of comfort or reliability we aim to provide. Regarding the complimentary water, the hotel moved away from single use bottled water over a year ago as part of our sustainability initiatives. Guests now have access to our Purezza filtered-water stations, allowing free refills of still or sparkling water at any time. Your comments on customer service and Wi-Fi accessibility are also appreciated and have been shared with the team for review and improvement.
