It’s a nice hotel although rooms are extremely small. I had problems with the booking since I had to cancel my initial bookings and rebook my stay. They didn’t have the cancellation in the system so they sent me an invoice and it took me a long conversation with the Manager to convince her to cancel that invoice after showing her my booking on the app.

Staff friendly and helpful, sometimes need to wait for a reply and send a follow up in order to receive an answer to email, I ordered and welcome amenity - the staff forgot about it, I had to remind about it on the next day. Please add all points for the stay as it was setteld via email (I sent two reminders but neither answer nor points have been received so far)
