Whilst the hotel needs some updating I can not speak highly enough of the exceptional service. In particular the genuine kindness shown by Arnaud, Jamel and Isobel whilst we were visiting a family member at the nearby hospital was without doubt the best experience I have received at any hotel. There support was personal and greatly appreciated.

The first time that we had stayed at this hotel. Not too large. Very friendly staff who helped in many ways Convenient for the Bastille, the Gare de Lyon and a taxi to CDG

Staff is nice. Breakfast is good quality. Overall, hotel is tidy and clean. My room was very quiet and I appreciated it. Access to the roof is also nice, even in automn. Flush from the toilet (in my room 303) was not in good shape, but it was working. I asked not to clean the room, but it was cleaned anyway after 3 nights (probably for hygiene reason, but I would rather get informed in advanced) - not any trouble otherwise.
