I love this hotel, it is reasonably priced if you book in advance, the staff are charming, the rooms are not cramped at all, sparkling clean bathrooms and great comfortable beds …bright during the day and cosy and warm at night.

Whilst the hotel needs some updating I can not speak highly enough of the exceptional service. In particular the genuine kindness shown by Arnaud, Jamel and Isobel whilst we were visiting a family member at the nearby hospital was without doubt the best experience I have received at any hotel. The first time that we had stayed at this hotel. Not too large. Very friendly staff who helped in many ways Convenient for the Bastille, the Gare de Lyon and a taxi to CDG
