I’m very disappointed to discover that several items I bought in Korea were missing from my luggage after our stay. We always double-check our room before leaving. I hope this can be taken seriously. I dont have any problems with the location, hotel services. Everything is great except we are missing stuffs.

First time staying in this hotel and definitely won’t be the last time. Hotel is well maintained, love the xmas tree in the reception area, check in was fast and most importantly the room was great with everything we need that allowed us to have very good rest.
