Dear Keila, Thank you so much for taking the time to share your experience! We\'re thrilled to hear you enjoyed your stay with us overall, and we are really sorry to hear about the stolen items. Since the kitchen is an open space for all of our guests, it is difficult for us to control the individual items. We provide stickers with which you can label your things, as well as drawers in the rooms where you can lock valuable items. However, we understand that this doesn’t fully prevent situations like the one you experienced.
