Anonymous Solo - Confirmed reviews ALL

Their system locked down and they required customers to put deposit of 20 euros because they wanted to give us their master key. It felt uncomfortable and unprofessional that customer side had to take care of the burden while the system lock down was their issue. They even told me if I didn't want to put the deposit, they wouldn't let me use the room I had reserved.

The check in prozedure was horrible! A lot of people but absolutely no hurry behind the counter. Not a single word about apologizing. Thats not acceptable.

That's was so cool, the hostel is great ! Thanks for the evenings (karaoké, boards games) Could you create a Whatsapp groupe that everyone could join. I think it will help people to meet. Thanks !

I appreciate the kind and helpful staff. The location was ok because of the metro being next door, I was able to go anywhere and everywhere I wanted comfortably. I only put 8 and not 10 because although I think it was neat the atmosphere and events held here, it made the nights more complex to get rest. The noisiest hostel I ever stay at and noisy guests too which usually never gets to me (I stay at many hostels for my solo travel and understand there is going to be some noise) but this was something else. Other than that, all cool
