From the moment we entered the property, it was evident that this was not just another luxury hotel—it was an experience curated to perfection. The welcome was warm, genuine, and incredibly personalized. What amazed us most was that the team already seemed to know our preferences and requirements before we even had to mention them. The absence of traditional check-in formalities was a refreshing surprise; instead of standing at a reception desk completing paperwork, we were simply welcomed as guests and made to feel at home from the very first minute. Throughout our stay, every interaction reflected attention to detail, anticipation of needs, and a level of hospitality that is rarely experienced, even among the finest luxury properties. It felt less like staying at a hotel and more like being hosted by people who genuinely cared about creating unforgettable memories. A special mention must go to a few exceptional individuals whose efforts elevated our stay from great to extraordinary. Mr Jaideep & Mr. Harshit Without them our experience would not have been nearly as memorable. Their warmth, professionalism, and willingness to go above and beyond made all the difference. They are true ambassadors of hospitality and deserve every bit of recognition. What a way of handling things and putting them through your experience is the smoothest manner. A special mention to Miss Ayushi (one who manages the rooms), who has an incredible eye for detail and aesthetics. She ensured that every aspect of our room was thoughtfully arranged to match our preferences. More importantly, she played a significant role in making our little one feel comfortable and at home throughout our stay, which meant a lot to us as parents. Miss Harshita added a wonderful personal touch to our experience. Her proactive approach and attention to detail ensured that every request was understood and fulfilled seamlessly the very first time, making our stay effortless and enjoyable. Mr Saddam at the restaurant was quite good in serving the dishes we loved.Good understanding of taste for sure. And of course, I cannot forget Mr. Sandeep, whose craftsmanship behind the bar deserves special recognition. The cocktails and mocktails he prepared were nothing short of exceptional—each one thoughtfully crafted, beautifully presented, and an absolute delight to savor. They are truly a must-try for anyone visiting the property. Luxury can be measured through beautiful rooms, fine dining, and stunning surroundings—but true luxury is how a place makes you feel. This property mastered that art. We arrived as guests and left with memories that will stay with us for a very long time. Thank you to the entire team for delivering hospitality at its finest. We cannot wait to return soon.

Our stay , though just for a day was made memorable by every member of the raffles Jaipur hotel. Taking one or two names would be unfair. Every single team member was exceptional in their work.

It was incredible.

Very kind and welcoming staff, nice decorated suite, nice roof top pool. Unfortunately noise in the room from service area next door or from above - very inconvenient. The pool unpleasant for the morning swim full with pigeon feathers and dirt. The bar is very special and nice but music too loud and too heavy room scent for headache. Dinner boring and not Raffles standard. I understand it was built for pittoresk wedding.
