Raffles Jaipur 5.5 stars

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We originally booked Fairmont Jaipur, but due to the temporary closure of the swimming pool, we were kindly upgraded to Raffles Jaipur. As an additional gesture of goodwill, we also received a dinner voucher worth INR 3,000, which was a wonderful surprise. We are truly grateful to the entire team for this exceptional hospitality and generosity. Our stay exceeded all our expectations. The hotel is absolutely breathtaking, with a beautiful ambiance that made our visit even more special. The staff were incredibly warm, professional, and always willing to help. They made us feel genuinely welcome throughout our stay. The breakfast was excellent, offering a wide variety of delicious, high-quality dishes. Thank you for creating such a memorable experience. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Jaipur and hope to return again in the future!

I along with my wife visited Raffles Jaipur as we were celebrating our anniversary at around 4 in the afternoon the checkin formalities were completed we were taken to our room which was situated just in front of lobby I straight away requested Satyam who was doing my check in formalities to kindly change our room and give us floor on higher floor so that we can have some privacy he straight away refused and said that they are fully occupied and hence our reuqest was denied. After check-in around 5 in the afternoon we ordered for some light snacks from in room dinning which came to our room after waiting for almost 30-40 minutes which is quite generous as the same was already told at the time of placing the order. When the food arrived I heard that some music event was going in the lobby I asked my server regarding the same he told me that high tea is going on in lobby when I enquired about the timings he told me that timings are from 5:30 to 6:30 every evening. At the time of check in I was not given property tour not even told mentioned about anything. I asked server to call for duty manager as I wanted to bring this into his knowledge. After hustling with the staff I met with the Duty Manager (because staff didnt want me to meet him). I raised all my concerns before him after listening to me carefully he straight away changed my room and apologized on behalf of all the staff. After changing room he even sent Bhavya he gave me a property tour and highlighted different things why it is done in the property. Now coming on another things service is so slow that I requested glasses and bucket of ice and I had to wait for almost 40 minutes to get the same, moreover I had to make multiple phone calls and repeated messages on WhatsApp (WhatsApp group made by the Hotel Staff) to get the same. Staff is highly unresponsive they just like to shift their duties from one person to another if you try to stop any person and ask for something they try to act as if they had not heard anything. During the property tour I was told that Fairmount is Luxury property and Raffles is Ultra Luxury but I am sorry to say other then aesthetics of the property there is nothing more. Staff is untrained and highly irresponsible. They don't even have face washes with them their simple answer was you can order it via blinkit they will sent it to our room.

We stayed here for one night, three rooms booked across two families, with three birthdays falling within that week. When we mentioned this at check-in, Harshit went out of his way to upgrade every single room to the best available suites, each with its own private plunge pool. That one gesture set the tone for the entire stay. We spent the evening at the pool, unwinding with snacks and drinks from the pool bar as the sun went down — easily one of the best evenings we've had as a group. The next morning's breakfast was a spread in every sense of the word: fresh dishes being cooked live alongside a beautifully laid out counter, so much variety that we genuinely struggled to try it all. Even the small touches stood out. As we were checking out, we noticed a display that simply said "We would like to see you again" — and honestly, that's exactly how we felt leaving. Between the rooms, the service, and how personally Harshit and the team treated our little celebration, this turned into far more than just an overnight stay — it became a memory our families will keep talking about. Highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a stay that actually feels special. We'll be back.
