The property is great..I came for my 52nd Birthday...The room was decorated nicely with cake.. The issue is with service....the anjum lounge was support to start at 5pm as per Vishnu and did not start till 6.30pm....the food in Zoya (grilled chicken) was not made nicely...it was hard...the late afternoon order for non veg club sandwich was delayed with no proper plates in outdoor seating area of Zoya...Need better and prompt service from such a high class and beautiful property...Sushma Roy and Parag Shah are trying their best but they need staff like Sofitel BKC to make the service levels improve!

What an amazing experience breakfast buffet is huge the spread is amazing from desserts to salads, South indian breakfast is delicious especially the sambhar there are lot of choices from vegetarian to healthy dishes, Paratha was delicious we also had lunch in Zoya their traditional Indian food is amazing especially traditional Rajasthani food is worth service is spot on also CHEF Ajinkya is Rockstar and also service manager Shaurav made us feel like Royal superb experience given us by the team.

It was awesome....from the check-in to 2 nights we stayed....superb...we were given early check-in as we reached early on 22nd December... They had asked me the purpose of my visit and i had told them that it was a family vacation and also my son's birthday....they made us feel special from welcoming, cake celebration and also the tour of the hotel. Would like to thank the staff for awesome hospitality and especially Rakshit for early check-in and great view of room and ma'am ( sorry i dont remember the name) for hotel tour.... Would definitely drop in there just for leisure. Thanks

We have been invited at an Indian wedding taking place at Fairmont Jaipur, and the overall experience has been fantastic. However on a number of occasions, we have been disappointed by the hotel services and ability to cope with our requests: - the car that was send to pick us up at the airport was not a hotel car, but rather a battered down and dirty Toyota Innova, with a non-English speaking driver. The driver was late showing up and we had to stand in the cold outside of the airport for a good 20 minutes. - upon check-in at around 10am, and in spite of having 2 sick people in our party, we were initially given one room only and told that "the room next door is being prepared, give us 20-30 minutes and we'll come and bring you the key". 3 hours later we were still waiting, and had to go back downstairs to complain (after many attempts over the phone) to finally be given another room key... but not the one adjacent to ours... - on numerous occasions during the stay, waiting staff were demanding cash payment for food or beverages, even though we had left our credit card imprint as a security deposit in order to be able to charge the room. Every time we had to insist for the staff to go and check on the system... - upon departure, the car which had been booked was actually not available, and the hotel had to scramble at 6:45 am to find us another one, which took a good 30 minute. Stressful when you have to catch a flight... not to mention the freezing cold of Jaipur at this time of the year... Overall none of the above is a catastrophe, and the hotel itself is a magnificent property, but one would expect more professional service from what must be one of the most expensive hotels in Rajasthan...

Lovely experience right from the rooms to the wide spread of buffet especially inclusion of the health juices! Loved the attention to detail, house keeping cleaning rooms several times in a day and the anniversary celebration decor and dessert. Also was able to experience the lighting of the Christmas tree and overall warmth of the Fairmont team made my stay memorable and I shall be back soon!

The stay was brilliant but was disappointing as the rates kept fluctuating and the pool was shut. I had booked in June when the rates was 33000 with tax and the time I checked in my friends got it at 13000 plus tax which was shocking for me. I was expecting some consideration from your end but I was not heard.

We were a group of 3 couples selected the Hotel Fairmont,Jaipur for our reunion of college after 30 years and had booked hotel well in advance but before travelling we have received a mail that Wedding party is there on swimming pool side and other guest can not use the facility, This is absolutely rediculus as we have booked the hotel well in advance and ther was no intimation from hotel earlier regarding wedding,Even both the restaurants Zoya and Zarin were booked by wedding planners in such case where the other guest go for food. We were not happy with the situation but we did not creat keosk to spoil our trip.

A beautiful hotel with outstanding food and service, BUT.... Jaipur is a wedding destination and during the season (November in my case), the parties go on until well after midnight. Attached to the hotel is a conference center, so my question is “who is the target market?” The primary purpose of a hotel is a place to sleep. The need for wedding celebratory noise is incompatible with the need for businessperson quiet for sleep. The Fairmont should choose which it values most and work to ensure success.

As we entered the place, it was a chaos at the entrance and at check in point as some marriage guest were checking in simultaneously and there were only 2-3 people at the desk for help/assistance. We had to wait for 20 mins for check in meanwhile we decided to have our lunch. Yet again the view from their Zoya restaurant was breathtaking. Zoya's menu was not extensive but okay for a meal. Further as we proceeded towards our room after lunch, I faced disappointment regarding the special request I made for my booking. As I made this booking to surprise my husband on the eve of our Marriage Anniversary, I wrote a special request for prior decoration in my room which wasn't there. I was disheartening as was not expected from Fairmont hospitality. Anyways I made the special request again and asked them to do it on our back as we proceed towards dinner. As we proceeded for dinner we had two options to choose from: Zoya & Zarin. One we already tried earlier while other was a typical Rajasthani thali. We were hoping for an international multi cuisine restaurant under a brand like fairmont. Finally we decided back with Zoya. Firstly we ordered tacos, to which the waiter came back to me after 20 mins saying the material for tacos is not available with them and requested me to change the order. I then ordered Veg burger, to which again good 20-25 mins later she came back asking me to change my ordered yet again as they don't have items available for it. Finally I had to order basic Indian curry with bread helplessly having no other option, to which they took 20 more mins and finally asked us to proceed towards our room as it was time to close down their restaurant (11pm) and they will be sending us food at our room. As it was already more than one and half an hour I was hoping my room to be done with decoration I asked for, but to my surprise the room decorators were doing it half way as we arrived to our room which spoiled my surprise to my husband. It was irritating to then let them do their decoration for another 25 mins while we sat at one corner of the room waiting for them to finish. Finally after 3 hours of repetitive orders and careless hospitality we were able to have our dinner in our room. The restaurant wasn't humble enough to send us any compliments for their lack of management and delayed communications. My experience with Fairmont was not at all good and wasn't value for so much money. Fairmont won't certainly come in my recommendation list for my Friends & Family.
