During my recent stay at a Fairmont Hotel, I was both delighted and somewhat disappointed. The property itself is undoubtedly beautiful, with its elegant design and serene ambiance. Upon arrival, I was immediately struck by the grandeur of the architecture and the tasteful decor that radiated luxury. Dining at the hotel was a highlight, featuring an impressive selection of dishes that were both tasteful and meticulously presented. The culinary offerings were diverse, accommodating a variety of dietary preferences with flair. Each meal was an experience in itself, showcasing the skill and attention to detail of the kitchen staff. However, my overall experience was marred by noticeable delays in service, which became a recurring issue throughout my stay. Each request or service, from check-in to room service, was met with prolonged wait times. Initially, the staff was apologetic, explaining that a large wedding at the hotel was causing the disruptions. While understandable, the constant excuses eventually felt like a refrain that overshadowed the quality of service expected at such a prestigious property. The persistence of these issues suggested a lack of preparedness for handling concurrent events, which was disappointing for a hotel of Fairmont's renown. As much as the property and food were impressive, the service lapses due to the wedding left me feeling less valued as a guestIn conclusion, while the Fairmont Hotel shines in many aspects such as its beautiful setting and excellent cuisine, the experience can be significantly affected by how well they manage high-occupancy events. Potential guests should be aware that service might not always meet expectations, particularly during special events. Despite these issues, the charm of the property and the quality of the meals provide redeeming qualities that might still make a stay worthwhile

Disastrous stay

Despite being an "Accor Plus" "Gold" Member, I had to wait for 20 minutes at the lobby just to check in. Being an elite member I was eligible for a suite upgrade. The hotel executive gave a room and told me that I am being upgraded to a suite room. However upon checking hotel website, I came to know that the room provided was not a suite category room but a readjusted double room. Clearly executive lied to me. Also, We were a family of five people and two of my family members had a early morning flight on the day of checkout i.e 14th april around 7 am. When I went out to drop them, a executive from reception followed us outside hotel gate and told us that we cannot leave without clearing our dues. This was really humiliating as if we were some thieves. Only two of us were leaving and rest were still inside hotel. Again during check out, although i was eligible for late checkout being a gold member, hotel guys started calling me from 11.35 am to vacate the room. It was a real disaster. Wonot recommend anybody to visit Fairmont Jaipur. Learn from ITC Rajputana if u can.

Such a beautiful luxury Palace, totally amazed by the ambiance. Top notch service, met few employees who enhance our experience even more. I am glad that i met few amazing fellas at Gold lounge If I didn't pronounce wrong, it's Chayan who was at the bar in lounge made us some quality cocktails through his expertise. He's really good at his job, also special thanks to Rakshit for looking after us. Look forward to visit soon.
