I would like to sincerely appreciate the outstanding hospitality provided by Fairmont Jaipur during our recent stay. The level of service was exceptional, and the team truly made us feel valued—especially as All Platinum member. A special thanks to Mr. Sarim Khan for his exemplary service. He went above and beyond to make our family feel comfortable and special throughout our stay. His humble nature, prompt assistance, and willingness to help with every request were truly commendable. My children, in particular, were very fond of him and repeatedly mentioned how much they appreciated his kindness and warm behavior. Experiences like this make a stay truly memorable. We stayed for 2 nights at Fairmont Jaipur and I must say it was one of the most memorable experiences my family had. Right from entering the premises, where they greeted and took our luggage with extreme care and beat the huge drums and rose petals falling on our heads from above, a person singing with ektara in his hands, later a santoor and tabla player playing some music inside and finally the reception where they welcomed with a nice cool drink and some mementos like a traditional pagdi for me and bangles for my wife and daughter. The check in was very smooth and all package details and facilities were explained well. The room was excellent and so was the overall ambience of the entire premise!! Only drawback per se is that its outside of Jaipur city so getting Ola/Uber cabs just to travel to city is a pain. Drivers are not ready just for a drop off/pickup. They urge for a package and with no other source, we have to yield to them.
