Impressive ambience but food was disappointing. Also basic facilities such as replacement of toiletries (bathing gel for e.g) were missed which reflects poorly for a hotel of such high standards.

In our room bathroom water was rusty and it caused allergy and the hospital doctor was called for medical attention on enquiry I was told that there is break in pipe line therefore rust is coming in showers in the bathtub etc When we are availing the the five star facilities this is not supposed to happen

Our stay in Jaipur Room was excellent Restaurant experience was good Bar experience was good Sadly let down by complacency of front office staff and bar staff with excepting my Accor plus number as I did not have my card Their attitude was no card no discount Even though I showed them a current email from Fairmount showing my membership no. On check out which took over an hour due to the reluctance of staff including the night manager to accept my Accor plus no. I questioned had my discount been applied and I was handed a print out of my transactions and basically add it up myself to see if it had been applied to the account I reluctantly paid the account and as of now still haven’t added up the transactions to see if correct We are extremely disappointed with the staff attitude which spoiled an enjoyable stay We have stayed in Fairmount hotels elsewhere in the world and Accor hotels We have never been treated this way We will have to review whether we continue to keep our Accor plus membership Mark & D. The Front dest staff is good at what they do Are very welcoming The property is beauty rooms are amazing The food however was average Also the staff at the breakfast and room service need some training on how to smile I work as a supervisor for the number one five star airline in the world that is qatar airways I know every bit of customer satisfaction The only that gave me a major blowoff was the service staff They are not welcoming and dont know how to smile back Also i saw a lady in a red saree Seemed to be the supervisor as well Needs to learn how to smile and be courteous If the management has this kind of attitude What well can we expect from the service staff I had great expectations However I would say it was an average stay. The property is very beautiful, never experienced such a grand welcome and warm farewell. I would like to congratulate the entire Front desk team, guest relation and bell desk with the special mention "Meena" who took our check-in, she was very warm and pro-active to notice are needs in advance and "Jayanta" who attended us during Happy hours, he was just amazing. Will definitely visit again for another weekend getaway.

My husband and I stayed for two nights in February before heading to a wedding and it was definitely our most favourite Fairmont experience to date. Our flights had changed leading us to arrive early in the morning and front desk staff apologized for our room not being ready (despite check in being hours away). In the end we waited not even 30 minutes and were shown to our room. The staff went out of their way to accommodate our requests and they truly treated us like royalty. We stayed on the gold floor and our room was stunning and comfortable. Jayanta in the gold lounge was incredibly welcoming and hospitable. We wished we could've stayed longer and hope to return some day! The only thing we didn't enjoy was that our room was secluded which was nice but it was right to the side of the entrance to the property so we heard the welcome drumming all day.

It's a nice property, the infrastructure is good, the bathrooms are lavish, but what takes the cake is the service. The staff is really at your service all the time. They set your room up again in the evening for how you would want it to be at night.

Atithi Devo Bhava ! The place means it and owns this statement . To begin with our 1st interaction with the hotel staff was at the reservations. Was assisted by Someone with a free upgrade , were escorted to our rooms personally. We were informed about some Members only deals in details by the same person and we were totally sold to it. Every place that we ate we sat we weren't allowed to get up from our place . Unfortunately we couldn't access the pool due to a wedding. Don't miss the breakfast buffet as the spread is huge. The place is pretty baby friendly. All in all a superb experience. Special mentions to bhavna at the reservations and neha-jayant at gold lounge.

It was our Anniversary and it couldn't have got any better ❤️ We just enjoyed the grand welcome, and the amazing hospitality during the stay. The staff there is so courteous and always on their toes to make sure that our stay is comfortable. The room was decorated so beautifully since it was our Anniversary and we also received a small dessert platter "twice" in the day. Also, the food at the restaurants there was mouth watering. To top it all, we absolutely enjoyed the property. It is picturesque. The landscape, the hills, the pool, the gym, the room (we got the best room upgrade I think in terms of the view from the room). All in all a luxurious and rejuvenated stay. Looking forward to be at the property again some time.

Me and my friend were staying for 2 nights. All staff seems friendly and accommodating. The room are very nice and comfortable. However, I find myself questioning the good services given. In the restaurant the waiter very attentive asking us every 5 minutes but afterwards asked to put their names and his friend who we were never there on tripadvisor. The same thing happened when we tried to get our drinks in the bar. It was a good conversation until the manager asked for a name drop at tripadvisor (again). Lastly, the performer who supposedly were hired by the hotel, in directly asked us for a tip after dancing with my friend. It seems like every good service that we received were not genuine and has underlying intention. I think this could be improved. It make the experiences less eventful.

Everything except the breakfast was good. breakfast spices need to be corrected. Sambar tasted like Gujarati dal, dosas were really bad and thick. Chutney was too bland. Rajasthani options were very less. Butter was never available. It should be kept next to the breads. Everytime we were told it's on the table but it wasn't ever. Many things Including cold beverages and muffins once replenished were not refilled

Accommodations were great! We only had one issue with breakfast charges. Just know if you are offered the breakfast package at checkin, it is available for use the following day, not the day you arrive. We arrived while breakfast was still available and understood that the package was being offered for the same day, but when it came time to check out we were billed twice. Our next day breakfast was with our wedding party so we should not have been charged but we were.
