Dear Fairmont team, I really want to thank you ALL for the wonderful hospitality offered at Hotel Fairmont, Jaipur! Our family of six, including a 6 months old baby travelled to Fairmont for a two day visit on 10th Jul and we had a Wonderful Experience during our stay. All our requests were addressed to full satisfaction! I will soon be planning to visit Fairmont once again due to the wonderful treatment received and will also strongly recommend Fairmont to my family and friends. In any case, I am planning a stay of two days for one of my office colleagues, Mr. Hari. I will coordinate with Mr. Rahul for his visit. I want to thank the following associates of the Hotel for their kind help: 1. To start with, I want to thank Mr. Rahul and Mr. Rajiv for providing the rooms beyond our satisfaction. Our request of adjacent rooms was fulfilled by providing two inter-connected rooms, one of which was upgraded. Both rooms had good view. Since we had reached early, a temporary room was also provided for 2 hours. Thank you both. 2. I want to thank Mr. Akash Bharti, the Restaurant Manager for taking care of all our requests and helping us in getting best discounts. Since we had specific request for food, he connected us with Chef Mr. Sonu pro-actively. 3. Mr. Sonu Dhakad, the Executive chef was of great help as he took care of all our pretty requests and providing us with “DHAKAD” 😊 (very delicious) dishes. 4. I want to thank Mr. Himanshu and Mr. Rahul at reception for their hospitality and giving a quick clearance. 5. I also want to thank Mr. Sunil on the 7th floor, who promptly provided us whatever we requested for. He also arranged the room for celebrating the Six monthly birthday of our Baby.
