Hotel management should definetly work on the staff.

Not worth the hype

The rooms were not as clean. The washrooms were also not as clean as should have been. Swimming area and certain restaurants in the property were restricted thanks to the weddings in the property. Felt more like a marriage hall then a hotel.

Beautiful property service levels are not upto mark

We stayed here for three nightsWhile the property is beautiful the service levels are lower than desirable. There were two second on when we checked in. Our bags were delivered after two hours of reaching the property. The next day when my child went to the pool it was full of nails and broken glass pieces. We were informed that there was a wedding function there the previous night. After a full day of sightseeing when we reached the hotel our room was not Claire. On checkout when we asked them y to get the bags down they said we would have to wait 20 to 25 minutes since the staff was busy. I believe these are not service levels of Accor properties or Fairmont.... The breakfast spread was great and the property is lovely... Just wish the experience was a little better!!!

Hotel was very luxurious, palace-like Room very nice Staff excellent, Butler superb As a platinum member we were hoping for access to some more club like amenities, club was closed and restaurant and pool closed for weddings, while I appreciate weddings are a very important event for hotel and guests, other options should be made available for Accor members, some private areas for breakfast, tea and cocktails Overall just above average
