Right from the time of check-in till check-out, there was absolutely brilliant attention from every member of the staff. I had dietary needs which Gaurav and Chef Pranav Bhatt and Vipin took personal care of. By day 2, the restaurant staff Shahid, Aishika and team would ensure that I got my specific breakfast set of items even without asking! And the front office and housekeeping staff ensured food and amenities in the room also adhered to the dietary needs and provided with various other small logistical support! Overall such a warm and pleasant experience - will definitely come back and recommend to my friends and family!

Doesnt feel like a 5 star property especially for the price paid. Didnt even get hog water at 5 in the morning. Had to leave without taking a bath

The entire stay was fantastic. Starting from Ayushman, Esha, Yogita and Nikhil at the front desk, Krish and Vijay at the Gourmet bar, Eden, Akash and all staff at Food Exchange were very warm and ever ready to provide anything required. Their attention to detail was noteworthy. Sumit and the entire Housekeeping staff were always there. Lokendra (our chauffeur) for the trip made sure that we visit all the wonderful places in Jaipur. Overall a very satisfying experience. I would be failing if I don’t mention the personal touch provided by Director Operations for making the stay a wonderful experience. Thanks and huge appreciation to the entire staff of Novotel Jaipur.
