I have been staying at Novotel Jaipur for years, and every time I return, it feels a little more like coming back to my second home. But this stay was particularly special, and I truly wanted to take a moment to thank the incredible team. Unfortunately, I became quite ill during my visit, and the kindness, care and genuine compassion I received from everyone were simply extraordinary. From helping me get my medication to bringing warm herbal teas with honey, making sure I always had enough water, and constantly checking that I was feeling better, the team went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and cared for. I honestly felt so spoiled and looked after! A very special thank you to Nikhil, who manages the restaurant and whom I have known for years. Seeing his familiar face every time I return is one of the reasons this hotel feels so much like home. To the wonderful housekeeping ladies, who left me the sweetest little note when I finally started feeling better — such a thoughtful gesture that genuinely touched my heart. To the lovely room service team, especially Palak, who was incredibly sweet and attentive throughout my stay. A heartfelt thank you also to Aarzoo and Rita, whose kindness, warmth and thoughtful attention made me feel truly cared for. Every little gesture meant so much to me, especially when I wasn’t feeling my best. And of course, to the entire reception team, who were always there whenever I needed anything, with patience, kindness and a smile. What makes this hotel truly special is not just its professionalism or hospitality, but the humanity and empathy of the people who work here. While the staff support at Novotel have been extremely pleasant (Thubru from Housekeeping did an incredible job, and Dew from front office too have been great), here are the areas where Novotel could improve. 1. Fares - approx. 14K per night is not justifiable for a business hotel and that too for an off season 2. There have been a couple of days with some additional footfall from travelers and the restaurant staff struggled / felt short handed. E.g., they could not serve me items in time, some of the items got over and took longer to refill. Delivered me masala chai when I asked for normal chai etc. Felt bad for the staff too. Highlights: 1. Housekeeping : Thubru and team did an incredible job. Professional, timely and perfect! Bhagya was courteous to check on the quality of service and whether we expected anything better. Appreciate it! 2. Laundry : Prakash did an outstanding job 3. Front office : Dew and Masum were always pleasant, quick to respond, responded quick with resolutions/clarifications. 4. Restaurant : Staff are quite warm and wanted to help
