Firstly the location is a fit far from the city centre. So travelling up and down is a task. Being said that the stay was amazing as it's always been with Novotel properties. From smooth check in , to the welcome drink. A well appointed room as per the requirement. The property itself is huge in area , loved the pool side area and surroundings . Thanks to Mr Mohit our dinner and breakfast were well Taken care of at the restaurant. A lavish spread of delicacies from accross the global, all present at one place. A few small things can be worked upon, like basis washroom needs for the drivers coming along with the guests.

Had a wonderful stay. The greatest food with highest quality and hygiene. Laal maas in lunch and Pyaz Kachori in morning buffet was great. F&B service was quick and attentive. Great professionalism.
