I am writing to formally express my strong dissatisfaction with the experience during my recent stay at your property. What should have been a comfortable and pleasant visit turned into a highly disappointing and unacceptable one. Upon check-in, we were allotted a room that had a strong, unpleasant smell—an issue that should never occur in any hotel room, especially under the ibis brand. We immediately contacted your staff, specifically Arif and Rohit, expecting prompt assistance. Shockingly, no help was provided, and our request was completely disregarded. To make matters worse, both Arif and Rohit were extremely rude and were even back-answering instead of addressing the issue, which is completely unacceptable and unprofessional. A hotel’s foremost duty is to ensure clean, well-maintained rooms and responsive service for its guests. The fact that we had to tolerate such conditions, coupled with the unprofessional conduct and unresponsiveness from Arif and Rohit, reflects extremely poor service standards and raises serious concerns about the overall management of your property.

Washroom door was not working and cleanness is not up to the mark.Reception staff is good and extended my checkout time for 2 hours.
