The room TV was not working, and I raised a complaint with the reception. However, the issue was not attended to even after more than two hours. The TV in the gym was also not working. I again raised a complaint, but it was not resolved during my entire stay. The hotel staff did not seem concerned about addressing these issues. Overall, the service was disappointing, and I would not recommend this hotel based on my experience.

They gave us twin beds as a newly married couple. Beds very moving whole night. Very congested rooms, dirty bathrooms. Short staffed, delay services.

The stay was kind of satisfying, could has been better if cleanliness was improved particularly bedsheets should be changed.

Checked in at 19:00 hrs, Allotted room was not prepared for new check in. Alternate room allotted. Next day left hotel at 10:00 AM with clear instructions to prepare the room. When reached back to hotel at 17:30, room was still not prepared. Shower area was found chocked while taking shower. What more you can expect in two night's stay.

Arriving at 19:00 hrs and being allotted a room that was not prepared for check-in is certainly unacceptable and not reflective of our standard operating procedures. While we appreciate your understanding in accepting an alternate room, this situation should not have occurred in the first place. We are equally concerned to learn that despite clearly informing the team to service the room when you left at 10:00 AM, it was still not prepared upon your return at 17:30 hrs. This indicates a lapse in internal coordination and housekeeping follow-up, for which we take full responsibility. Additionally, the issue of the shower area being choked during use is a serious maintenance concern. Such matters should be proactively checked to ensure guest comfort, and we regret the inconvenience and discomfort caused. Please be assured that your feedback has been shared with the Housekeeping and Engineering teams for immediate corrective action and stricter supervision to prevent recurrence. We truly value your comments as they help us identify operational gaps and improve our service standards.
