We spend two nights in this hotel, near metro station civil-line. The resturant is nice. A la carte food is very delicious, pasta and fired noodle both very delicious. The staff also very nice second night we arrive too early(dinner time is 7pm). My friend suffered from hypoglycemia for waiting too long, the staff offer some cookies for him. The duty manager also help us booking day tour about 3000 rupee. fix price, no hiding charge, don`t need bargining. But the electricl outlet in room is too old, need to change new one

Location is very good, right in city centre. Staff was courteous and helpful. Breakfast was decent. Rooms and bathroom comparatively smaller.

Nice hotel, if ur staying for business purpose u can choose Queen bedded room, for family there are king bedded rooms. Morning breakfast with Veena music is wonderful

Need more focus on the breakfast serving hot stuff and fresh , requested for hot tea and paranthas which were not available so would request in buffet breakfast at least such stuff should be made hot and fresh as per customer
