I must say IBIS is the greatest place to stay in jaipur, what an lovely ambience and courteous staff there in all areas, I enjoyed the food and mattress was so comfortable. Check-in and check-out process was so smooth, swimming pool was good, and valet parking was also fine...

I’ve stayed at Ibis properties before and there has always been a standard when it comes to cleanliness and this hotel did not meet that standard. The room was musty, a layer of dust over everything, the bathroom smelled badly of urine and the AC controls were not really working properly. Everything else was fine, including the breakfast. The beds were really comfortable and the pool was beautiful. Overall I enjoyed my stay but was disappointed in the lacking quality.
