The bathroom wasn't clean, there was a strange smell in the room, and the The welcome experience at the front desk was not good.

Everything was smooth except parking. Parking is too narrow which lead the tyre burst.

The rooms were pretty clean and comfortable. I got early checkin and staff was nice but their online food ordering system was not working.

Pros: - The person in night who checked me in, was very welcoming and accommodating. - Beds are comfortable for Ibis - Very spacious room for IBIS - Price is quite affordable - Platinum member benefit breakfast was provided for all members. - Rooftop pool is quite nice(-maybe some shaded areas could be great) - Rooms were clean and bathroom was also clean even the age of room is quite much. - Sitting desk or couch in an IBIs is a blessing - Complementary Drinking water in the room - Free parking and playground on the property was also quite nice. - Late checkout was also given Cons: - Place needs serious renovations, smell of cigarettes in some of the rooms and second floor lobby made the vibe a bit disgusting - Breakfast options could be better, I mean for IBIS level they were still fine but if they are spending so much money, might as well make healthier and fresh selection - No welcome amenity provided but in all fairness I arrived at midnight but next morning could have been, welcome drinks were also quite bad, like this was the saddest of all specially when we didn’t consume alcohol, they didn’t make anything nice - Day time staff was not at all attentive or interested rather passing looks. This is something they can address and work on. - Towels can be new also. - Pool area can have some cover, too many pigeons come all the time and the open shower is also just a pipe All in all a great place for a night or two if you don’t mind the old rooms. For the price it is still a fantastic find
