Stay at ibis was superb. There staff was good and friendly or helping nataur. Room were clean and good condition bedsheet also clean and change washroom clean and maintain hygiene also. Kidzone area and all the area cleaning was superb.

The Rooms Were not clean The Sofa had Stains. Bathroom Fixtures Were Loose Bathroom door as jamed. Food Was way to expensive in comparision to the quantity.

This stay was extremely disappointing and reflects very poor service standards even for a 3 star property. Despite paying for a double room, we were assigned a twin room with beds pushed together, which was uncomfortable and unacceptable. Rooms and particularly washrooms are tiny. A baby cot requested at arrival was delivered only after 10 hours and arrived without a mattress—only a folded duvet. The service manager confirmed that the hotel does not even have proper baby cot mattresses, which is shocking. The room itself showed serious neglect: drinking water bottles were visibly dirty near the caps, the bed duvet cover was torn and clearly overlooked by housekeeping, the hand moisturiser dispenser did not work, the safe did not work, the urinal flush was broken, and more than half of the shower head holes were blocked. Even the toilet paper provided was of extremely poor quality. Housekeeping was painfully slow and inefficient. Every request, no matter how basic, required multiple follow-ups and took over an hour to be fulfilled. While IBIS is not a luxury hotel, basic cleanliness, functionality, and responsiveness are non-negotiable. The standards here fall far below what any guest should accept. Only thing nice about the hotel is its restaurant staff.

We regret the room allocation issue where a twin room was provided instead of a confirmed double room, as well as the discomfort caused by the compact room and washroom size. The delay and condition of the baby cot provided is particularly concerning, and I fully understand how unacceptable this must have been for you as a family. This has been escalated to the concerned teams for immediate corrective action, including reviewing the availability and condition of baby cot mattresses. Your observations regarding cleanliness, room upkeep, and non-functional amenities — including the drinking water bottles, torn duvet cover, malfunctioning dispensers, safe, sanitary fittings, and shower head — are deeply concerning. These lapses indicate clear gaps in housekeeping checks and maintenance, and we regret that they were overlooked during your stay. We are equally sorry for the slow response and inefficiency in housekeeping service. Multiple follow-ups for basic requests is not acceptable, and your feedback has been shared with our Housekeeping and Operations leadership to reinforce accountability and service timelines. While we are grateful for your kind words about our restaurant staff, we recognize that this does not offset the shortcomings you experienced overall. Your feedback has been taken very seriously and is being reviewed at the senior management level to ensure immediate and sustained improvements. Once again, I sincerely regret that your experience did not reflect the standards associated with the ibis and Accor brands.
