Body wash was not refilled prior to our stay and despite multiple requests to get that done, we had to wait until the next day evening for it to be filled. Breakfast was not good. There seemed to be multiple people downstairs, but only one person assigned to reception most times which meant that one person had to deal with both the customers in front of her and people calling from their rooms.

This should have been resolved promptly, and we regret the inconvenience caused. We are also sorry that the breakfast did not meet your expectations. Your feedback will be shared with our F&B team for review and improvement. Regarding the reception experience, we understand how frustrating it can be to wait for assistance when the team is managing both guests at the desk and calls from rooms. We will review the staffing and service allocation during peak periods to ensure that guests receive timely and attentive assistance. Your feedback has been shared with the concerned departments for corrective action.
