The cleaning process of the staff wasn't upto the mark, they were using the bathing towels to wipe the entire bathroom. The room did not have adequate plug points to charge devices. The price of the room did not match the quality of the service. The bathroom liquids such as shampoo and lotion were not refilled. The bathroom shower doors were not maintained.

The washroom washbasin got choked, and the AC didn’t work until around 8 PM, which made the experience quite uncomfortable. Didn't expect this from Ibis. Instead of burning my rewards points, I would have booked hotel at another place. I had stayed here last October, and everything was great back then, but this time I’m not satisfied with the overall experience.

The location of the hotel is great and the ambience is amazing. Rooms are nice but very small along with very small bathroom. Housekeeping needs more care. We used the swimming pool on the 8th floor which was fun. The breakfast in the morning was also delicious with many options for vegetarians.
