Nice hotel, good location, good service. But the main issue with this hotel is the 30minute wait at breakfast. Not enough seats for the size of the hotel.

Very high quality modern facilities. Nice touches in room, including well stocked Nespresso. Most staff very pleasant and helpful, especially PJ the concierge, though a couple of exceptions detracted from our overall experience, including rooftop bar service, which was shambolic. We only tried food from Madison’s, which was pricey but good quality.

the stay was pleasant and the hotel staff were excellent. The rooms were small and challenging to have 2 people in with lack of storage space, very poor lighting in the bathroom, especially for my wife to do makeup, and there was no other location in the room that had usable lighting. My access card for 2 room stopped working simultaneously, which was extremely odd as both cards were held by 2 different people, an the only commonality was both rooms were booked under my name.
