Hotel is very well located to malls, restaurants and public transport. Room is very clean with excellent amenities. Hotel staff is proactive, warm and welcoming. I have enjoyed my stays at other Pullman hotels around the world and Pullman Hill Street lives up to my expectations. Thank you for making my stay a wonderful experience!

After stay a few days in singapore. I go sleep in Accor hotel as a gold member. I want to taste different service in hotel so I stay in Swissotel, Fairmont, Sofitel City Centre and last day is Pullman Hill Street. For the room offcourse you know the 5 star, so everything is ok lah. 3 hotel at first is very impressing, the staff very welcoming, friendly and smile bright. Everything i need they can help and explain well with smile. But the last one for my stay in Pullman Hill street, i feel the difference. They smile but not warm, like its just their job. Not pure. Maybe the manager should train the staff again. ( or maybe the salary is less??) Because what you sold is service. Give the service as what your 5 star said. If not, you should decrease the 5 star name. I think i would not come back stay at your hotel anymore. I send email, they dont reply. From that point i know that the service quite poor.
