The room was a bit cold, even after adjusting the thermometer to 24C. Bathroom was bad: terrible lightning, no hairdryer, no place to dry a towel etc. You should hire a customer experience consultant to check all the rooms and report all the basic faults that a normal or high-end room should have.

I've been fortunate enough to stay at the Fairmont on multiple occasions over the past 2 years and it has been a delight each time. The rooms are spacious as well as feeling homely, the spa facilities are lovely and the breakfast service is first class - a special mention for the staff as well who go above and beyond to make your stay perfect.
