I have been visiting the hotel regularly for short and long stays over the last two years during my business trips to Riyadh. The hotel is very special to me. The room is reasonably comfortable, the breakfast is very good, however, the most important thing is the genuinely lovely staff at all levels, and that is what makes the place so special.

Hotel not well located, room seem a bit date, broken towel holder in the bathroom, toilet sear not really clean, air con loud, and really hard top management the temperature of the shower. The reception staff was really kind and helpful (the night guy)
