Hotel not well located, room seem a bit date, broken towel holder in the bathroom, toilet sear not really clean, air con loud, and really hard top management the temperature of the shower. The reception staff was really kind and helpful (the night guy)

Good location, very friendly staff but facility out of standard

Was astonished by the location of the hotel and the comfort i had in the room. I was on a business trip for two days and really the comfort that i got was remarkable. I got an upgrade on my room and it was the most spacious room i got ever in riyadh
