Good evening, my experience here is so good the room is so nice and I can see the view of kingdom tower, and the place is so quiet, for me.. this my favourite hotel to stay. And the staff they are so kind😊

I changed the room twice, the AC is very noisy and load, the last room has a very smelly bathroom. The shower is done so wrong that after the shower the bathroom is full wet..

Check in is terrible. Key card expires every day. Internet not stabil Some parts and finishing are not well done! You have to pay everything directly - no room charge possible.

Just terrible, As a diamond member, no benefits, even if you have an online check in you have to check in again. If you ask for anything- no action. They are more busy playing on the phone. Specially the lady on the front desk. If you want to check in you get the feeling of disturbing her on the mobile game. I have been to most of Accor hotels in KSA - in general you will not find great service. For short term stay in Riyadh it is survivable.
