Check in is terrible. Key card expires every day. Internet not stabil Some parts and finishing are not well done! You have to pay everything directly - no room charge possible.

Just terrible, As a diamond member, no benefits, even if you have an online check in you have to check in again. If you ask for anything- no action. They are more busy playing on the phone. Specially the lady on the front desk. If you want to check in you get the feeling of disturbing her on the mobile game. I have been to most of Accor hotels in KSA - in general you will not find great service. For short term stay in Riyadh it is survivable.

The location is perfect for viewing the Kingdom Tower! I could watch the light show from bed. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. Great for my first time in Saudi.
