Hotel ok for one or two nights

Too expensive for this level of hotel

Old building, no lift, the floor carpet is very dirty on the stairs, toilette water leakage was not fixed. Breakfast was cold at 9.a.m., awful coffee, small assortment.

The check in took a long time due to a shift change. The room was not very clean. A good choice of food at breakfast. A nice bar area. Check out easy.

Staff did not know how to use reward points for bill settlwment

I had payment of 68 euros to be made. I proposed use of my accor reward points. The lady was very sweet but she had no clue on how thw software works so I had to wait, miss a train and eventually pay cash. Not happy
