The personnel was friendly and helpful. Sadly a large number of people with dogs were at the hotel, and the dogs barked a lot during the day so when I came to my room in the afternoon for a nap, it was too noisy. Thankfully the dogs were calm during the night. The bathroom seemed clean but smelled of urine. I've stayed in Ibis styles and Ibis _a lot_ in the past, and I was surprised by this because hygiene is normally very good. I sincerely hope it was a temporary issue. The heating system was incomprehensible. I spent a long time trying to adjust it, and I was successful in the end. Also, there were no instructions for the safe. The hotel info that I flashed via a QR code, referred to "the instructions next to the safe".I could have called the personnel, but it was very late so I decided to manage on my own for these two issues. (I could manage without the safe so no worries for me)

Terrible shower, there were two temperatures: too hot and too cold, and mid shower it would alternate between them without touching the control. Also the shower was way too small, it felt like inside a coffin.

Good value and the location is near the train station. Staffs are very friendly and helpful. Room was clean. Just the air-condition machine was a bit loudly.
