DISGUSTING RUDE AND A WASTE OF MONEY

DO NOT STAY first room we went to stunk of cigarettes when we told the front desk she asked if we used anything (would probably give someone else the room) just handed us another room key no apology no acknowledgement nothing. Rooms are small and smell of damp other guests complained about the same thing. When we got back to the hotel there was rowdy people throwing up and shouting and I'm all for a good time but the amounts of sick by the bell to get in we had to lean over When we told the "manager" (I don't think he could manage putting his socks on) he responded with "there's 4 of us cleaning what do you want us to do about it" and just walked off muttering about us staying elsewhere under his breath like a child. He was rude and inconsiderate Not worth the money and a complete let down will be getting our money back after speaking to head office Don't waste your time or money X Meg
