A little small for two adults but was nice and the bed was comfy the view was nice the amenities were in a good location and the noise level was very quiet and the cleanliness was good The receptionist ( gerry ) was very helpful and courteous and our waitress svetlana was absolutely awesome very helpful very understanding and courteous they also surprised my son with making his room over for his birthday with a little treat

Excellent time here at the mercure birmingham west hotel maritia was friendly on check in and brian was helpful when leaving.

Nice hotel with a great location, welcoming atmosphere, and excellent customer service. Mairita and Stefan at the front desk were very friendly and helpful, and also it’s a fantastic place to host an event.

We had a lovely one-night stay. The interconnecting rooms were extremely useful and made a huge difference for us as a family with three children, giving everyone space while still staying connected. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well suited for families. A special mention to Mairita at reception, who was warm, welcoming, and very helpful on arrival, making check-in smooth and stress-free. Kaspars at the bar was also fantastic – friendly, attentive, and provided great service. Overall, a very pleasant stay and a great option for families. We would happily stay again.
