This aparthotel in Digbeth in the heart of Birmingham is very close to Moor Street Railway Station, The Bull Ring and Grand Central shopping centres. Paul on reception was efficient and helpful and our appartment was spotless, comfortable and well maintained.

A fantastic apart-hotel in a top notch location. You cannot get better than the location of this hotel. Literally 1 minute down the road from the Bullring shopping centre. 7 minute walk from the train station. My partner booked this hotel for business purposes and arrived a bit early before check in. The lady on check in kindly allowed us to check in early which I was thrilled about as I wasn’t feeling well and had a really rough journey to Birmingham. The room we had was fabulous, they kindly upgraded us from a studio to an apartment and it was a stunning apartment too with the bedroom being encased in big floor to ceiling windows. The bedroom also had a tv which was unexpected, we love watching tv as we’re falling asleep so this was a good bonus! The bathroom was stunning too, it was huge! The shower was gorgeous and the shower gel/shampoo smelt gorgeous, the smell of it transported me to Vegas! Ever smelt something and it just transports you to a memory? It was just that. Oh and there was a towel heater in the bathroom too. The kitchen is just perfect too, not too big and not too small! Just right. It had a big fridge with a little section to keep your ice and frozen bits in. The kitchen only had a hob top and no oven but I believe you can request an oven in reception which is great! The room had air con inside too and the windows opened which is a huge plus as you don’t see that much these days. The one issue we had was that the tv casting wasn’t working, but it was okay as YouTube worked fine and we was able to watch videos on there. There was also the tv guide but we aren’t bit tv watchers in general. However, this was only a trivial issue and everything else outweighed how great the room was! Would 100% stay here again! We were sad to leave and would totally recommend it to other people. I’ve already asked my partner when his next business visit to Birmingham is so we can stay at this wonderful hotel again.

Very clean, convenient and great located place in Birmingham city core centre. Great price quality balance and super breakfast even with natural orange juice. Even though everything is good, the best is … the staff. The lady in change of my check in took all the time giving me directions to move in the city and out… to visit Aston Villa stadium. Then the breakfast waitress !!! She was just wonderful and attentive making sure that everything was ready and nice. Finally the guy in charge of my check out, giving me directions again to go to the train station from the shortest way, I mean, it’s not only cause the customer service is great, it’s because they are a lovely staff making my stay much nicer than usually. With no doubts, I will get back any time I come over to Birmingham. Something to improve… please let a mineral water bottle in the fridge, it cost almost nothing and it’s very welcomed if thistly wake up at the middle of the night.

Great hotel!

I stayed here on a business trip. The location is fantastic, right next to the train station & Bullring shopping centre. Felt really safe (I was anxious being by myself). The room was a good size with great kitchen facilities if you required them. The bed was SUPER comfy. Room was a nice temperature. Shower was brilliant. Breakfast also fantastic (the two ladies who were working were really lovely and chatty!) . Overall a really fab stay and I wish I could have stayed a second night!
