What an absolute treat it was to stay here. The staff were all so friendly and welcoming, especially the kind lady who made a fuss of my daughter and gave her some colouring in to do and a goody bag. I had to change my booking on the day of arrival as our childcare fell through meaning we had to bring our 7 year old. Updating my booking was so easy and they were very understanding, there was also no extra charge which was a wonderful surprise. The apartment was so clean and well presented, we would have liked to stay longer to really feel the benefit but our time there was brilliant. I have friends in Birmingham so next time we come to stay we will definitely book here. Location is excellent and convenient and the police station right outside made it feel extra safe too. Overall very happy customers and the value was brilliant! Thanks for a wonderful stay, we will definitely be back!

I don't think I stayed here long enough to get the full benefit of it being an aparthotel as I wanted to try food nearby too, but it seemed good for longer stays. Even if it was explained at check-in, I was not totally sure about the cleaning regime for the rooms but I don't need a daily cleaning anyway so makes no difference or sense to have more. The location is very good at the top of Digbeth and close to the Bullring and also New Street station. The staff were friendly and helpful indeed and that is always a good thing. It seems secure, requiring you to scan your card to get into the building and that is excellent to see.

From the start of my stay until the end, the quality of the service from the hotel team was amazing, easily meeting the levels of what I’d expect from a Five star hotel. As previous reviewer have noted Linda is a star and she is a clear leader. The apartment I rent was just right size wise and very clean. As for located the Bullring centre is literally five minutes away with a number of express supermarkets and if you wanted a full on shopping center thd thf Morrisons at Edgebaston is a quick light rail trip away. I can’t recommend this place enough

My daughter and I had a wonderful stay, for a trip to see Hamilton. The hotel is so central its amazing, max 5 min walk to everywhere. The room was unbelievably quiet for a central spot, v peaceful and relaxing. The room was spotless, the beds were comfy, shower big, with powerful spray. The reception staff were really helpful, thank you to Peter for the umbrella! If we return to Birmingham we will definitely stay here again!
