Very clean, convenient and great located place in Birmingham city core centre. Great price quality balance and super breakfast even with natural orange juice. Even though everything is good, the best is … the staff. The lady in change of my check in took all the time giving me directions to move in the city and out… to visit Aston Villa stadium. Then the breakfast waitress !!! She was just wonderful and attentive making sure that everything was ready and nice. Finally the guy in charge of my check out, giving me directions again to go to the train station from the shortest way, I mean, it’s not only cause the customer service is great, it’s because they are a lovely staff making my stay much nicer than usually. With no doubts, I will get back any time I come over to Birmingham. Something to improve… please let a mineral water bottle in the fridge, it cost almost nothing and it’s very welcomed if thistly wake up at the middle of the night.

I stayed here on a business trip. The location is fantastic, right next to the train station & Bullring shopping centre. Felt really safe (I was anxious being by myself). The room was a good size with great kitchen facilities if you required them. The bed was SUPER comfy. Room was a nice temperature. Shower was brilliant. Breakfast also fantastic (the two ladies who were working were really lovely and chatty!) . Overall a really fab stay and I wish I could have stayed a second night!

I was greeted with a huge smile and genuine warmth by Linda. It was late on 9 Oct and she knew exactly what I needed, a lovely, quiet comfortable room to relax. I was booked in quickly and shown to the lift. Linda wished me a pleasant evening. I came down the next morning for breakfast and there was that huge smile again. Kindness is free.

Whats there not to like? great location, friendly staff, nice big clean rooms with good water pressure in the shower. Had a fab breakfast on saturday morning with a wide selection of cooked and continental offers, including freshly squeezed orange juice. Linda checked us in, was really pleasant and spoke with a real geniune passion about the hotel/company and delievered geat service, also honoured my gold status membership A big thumbs up for The Adagio p.s. As a bonus, you get £5 parking in the Selfirdges Moor Street Car as a hotel guest
