Underground car park, easy to find, £15 covered the car park all weekend, safe and secure. Hotel was located a short walk from New Street and from there we walked plenty of places and found it very convenient. Member of staff who greeted us was fantastic, helpful and friendly. Hotel felt clean and modern. Our room was absolutely fine, adequate, clean and comfortable. We didn't have much of a view though from the 4th floor, just a flat roof sadly. Breakfast was very nice, everything you'd expect from a help yourself set up. There was free tea and coffee throughout the stay just by reception. I would recommend.

This is a very well situated hotel bordering Birmingham centre and the Jewellery area. Able to walk to amazing shopping, the canals, Chinatown. Breakfast was included with our package, and offered good variety. There was another Ibis that we had looked at staying close to Chinatown, but there are several nightclubs in the area and we believed we selected the right one for our needs.

Comfortable, clean and actually a hotel were the TV works properly and the WiFi is a good strenght. Full range of Freeview channel and the WiFI was a desent speed. The Breakfast is wide ranging from pastries and fruit to cooked and cereals. I would have liked a bit more selection in the hot breakfast such as Mushrooms and tomatoes, and the bacon was a bit over cooked. But small points really. Most of the staff were great a couple need to know their face won't actually crack if they smiled but on the whole a nice stay. Looses a point for the price of the car park.

Stay in a few Ibis Styles and this is one of the less quirky ones. It's a little out of the way but is clean inside. The room was spacious of a little dark, and did not have one of those weird IBIS pod bathrooms which was nice even if the bathroom had an odd door arrangement where the door swung round act actually as the main door or toilet door. Bed comfy shower good breakfast ok. Would probably use this one again as close to the office where I need to be when in Brum

We stayed here last night whilst attending a concert at The Symphony Hall. When we arrived we were early so left our bags, we were told that tea and coffee was complimentary so went out with tea and coffee which was a lovely touch. Check in was really smooth and our room on the 6th floor was spacious and really clean. The bed was huge and really comfortable. The rain shower was welcome with quality shampoo and body wash. Breakfast was excellent with something for everybody, lovely and warm and well cooked. For £90 this an excellent hotel and yes, we will be back.
