I recently been here for business trip. The hotel it’s extremely clean , rooms ditto . Very elegant environment. Comfortable and cozy. Even if early departure a great selection for breakfast and i dinner in and food great service 5 stars . . But the best part is the staff . I had some issue on my reservation and the reception called Nafia , if I well remember, has been a star . She spent like half a hour to resolve the problem, outstanding customer service, smiley and professional. After this issue I went to the bar wher I met the bartender Abul , another outstanding professional guy. Polite but welcoming and friendly . A person everyone want to have a chit chat with when away from home . Great job guys . Looking forward to come back

Great hotel, first class service, staff very helpful, n friendly, bar staff great food fab,had the tikka curry, Really good food for chain hotel,great service from VISHNU,pours a good pint ,he looked after me,I will easily stay here again when ime in Birmingham 👍

Lovely and relaxed stay at the Novotel before our flight the next day. Lovely comfortable and clean modern rooms. Had a really good meal served to us by Rakesh and Andre. All in all a perfect start to our holiday we would definitely recommend to anyone travelling from Birmingham airport - it’s literally a short hop across the zebra crossing to departures 😁

Great service and welcome. The bar staff was excellence Gaurav and Kal were excellent. Gaurav. Give this guy an award. Sharing cocktails he made, so smiley warm and friendly a credit to Novotel. Well done. The food looked excellent served with professional service.

We checked in early to relax and start the holiday early, get it off to a good start! And we were pleasantly rewarded - Gaurav was a great Barman, very attentive and overall a very relaxed atmosphere, highly enjoyable - better than a lot of hotel bars …
