Very hospitable and helpful as we just walked in as had missed our flight and needed somewhere to stay! All reception, restaurant and bar staff were so kind to help us sort everything out! Great room and dinner, only 20 feet from departures, it’s a brilliant hotel position and great staff.

As ever very good and made better by Mukesh our server.

We have stayed here many times and have never been disappointed. Tonight we had drinks and food in the bar. The service was excellent and Mukesh was really good - attentive without being over the top and very helpful. We will certainly return.

Stayed here several times, rooms and service always been very good! Just had a lovely meal in the restaurant, the staff have been friendly and helpful especially Gaurav, who has been incredible, he made our night, what a lovely young man he is!

All staff were very friendly and attentive,especially Gaurav who seemed to go extra mile with fun/ humour, but still giving outstanding service. Lovely start to our holiday 😀. We have stayed at this hotel before, staff always seem to be well trained

Excellent hotel for airport. NCP adjacent and just across road to terminal. Very friendly staff, quick check in, good room with all you could need. Nice meal in the restaurant, our server Gaurov was great. Can definitely recommend this hotel
