A lovely warm friendly atmosphere with a fantastic range of food and drink. The food was beautiful all served by our brilliant staff member Harman. Best place to stay on airport only yards from departures.

Perfect location for airport, few minutes walk to terminal. Very clean and modern and great value. Food was great and our waiter Harman was the best.

Hoteln was amazing as always very festive with Xmas decorations. Staff was friendly and pleasant. Food was excellent and the restaurant staff was really friendly and was very helpful. His name was Kal he was amazing. Another good stay at the Novotel at Birmingham Airport
