Room was comfortable and very clean. Had a great nights sleep. The restaurant food was good, waiters were very attentive and polite. Beats the Hilton up the road.

Visited here for four nights recently and had excellent service, particularly from Kal and Harman in the bar who each provided great service with a friendly and professional approach, ensuring my mum and I were well looked after. Both staff are a credit to the hotel

I stayed here as a solo wheelchair user. Whilst the hotel itself is good they put me on 6th floor with no thought to evacuation in the event of an emergency they did not even ask if I would need any assistance to get out of the building. Should they need arise in this day and age? This is completely unacceptable putting a wheelchair user on the top floor and then not giving them advice on how to evacuate when they can’t walk downstairs is unacceptable. Come on Novotel you need to do better for your disabled guests.

Excellent food, served very quickly and piping hot. Matt our waiter was friendly and very and extremely helpful. He knew our drinks round straight away. Excellent service
