We only wanted a snack and there was more than enough choice on the menu, thank you Gaurav for being so friendly and helpful to start our holiday on such a positive note. Rooms were as expected nothing fancy but very comfortable and the shower was ace.

Harman for president!!

Harman our waiter for dinner and was absolutely top class, really made us feel like royalty while we dined and wined. That man deserves a raise! Very professional and attentive, got order perfect. Food was fantastic and we were welcomed for a a few drinks afterwards to settle the evening

Friendly efficient service in the restaurant from Harman. Rooms comfortable. Ideal hotel location as the airport terminal is 4 minutes walk away. Will stay here again next time I use Birmingham airport for an early morning flight. Reasonable price.

Warm welcome from the reception staff, very well located by the airport, clean & quiet rooms. What more can you want ! Well, actually, it turns out that great service in the restaurant from Harman was the icing on the cake. The food was ok ( as good as our local pub) but Harman was such a great waiter, smiling & with a sense of humour, that he made a real difference. Thank you Harman - you got our holiday off to a great start.

André and Gurav are great pro and smiling waiters. i have been there every year for 4 years now and I felt a much relaxed and smiling atomosphere among employees than previously. Food is as good as it can be in UK… i would just a expect some news in the menu next year and some better wines.
