We fully understand your disappointment on arrival and we are very sorry. In fact, we encountered a technical problem in several of our rooms. To apologise, the receptionist on duty that day took advantage of your departure to check the situation and consult her management in order to find a rapid solution. As a result, we were able to offer you an upgrade to a room with a sea view and functional heating. We would also like to point out that you seemed satisfied with this gesture and that you did not inform us of any dissatisfaction with your new room.
