Everything in the hotel is how you could want it - with the exception of the shower & floor. There are no shower floor mats provided & no grab handles. That was a nightmare for us on the first day (aged over 75) it was much better after Hyo sourced floor mats for it. Grab handles are a necessary addition too, for anyone of any age. I would not want to have to cope with small children in the shower! Our reception on arrival at the hotel at 09.00 a.m (thanks to the ferry schedule we disemarked at 06.30 a.m), was very welcoming. our luggage was stored in the baggage room, & we were offered breakfast, Hyo is very thoughtful & does all she can for guests. When our room was ready later that morning, she had our luggage taken to the room, so all was ready for an afternoon siesta after lunch. Hyo made our stay, along with the other 2 reception staff, Elise & Lee. She is very knowlegeable about the local restaurants, having eaten at all of them herself, & urged us to book in advance for Friday to Sunday evenings - good advice! The breakfast was super-fresh, the lovely lady in charge made sure of that! & there was plenty of choice. And of course it was served in a lovely room, over looking the sea! We will be back - when you've rectified our safety concerns!
