One night stay prior to boarding ferry following morning. Check in friendly. Given family room as ours not ready.

Hello, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback following your stay with us before your ferry crossing. We are pleased to hear that you appreciated the friendly welcome from our team and enjoyed your stay with us. Regarding room availability, our check-in time is from 2:00 p.m. We make every effort to ensure that all rooms are ready by this time. However, on occasion, a slight delay may occur depending on the departure time of previous guests and the time required to prepare each room to our cleanliness standards. We appreciate your understanding, as providing clean and comfortable accommodation remains a priority for us. We have also taken note of your comments regarding the bathroom. Guest feedback is extremely valuable and helps us identify areas for improvement. A renovation programme is scheduled to begin on 30 September 2026, with the aim of enhancing the comfort and overall experience of our guests. Comfortable, clean but very poor sound proofing between rooms

We stayed with you before our ferry crossing. The hotel was well situated, very clean and a comfy bed. We enjoyed a good breakfast and was able to leave my disabled scooter in the entrance. Can recommend.
