We are delighted to hear that you enjoyed your stay, particularly the friendliness of our team and the quality of our breakfast. We are also pleased that you found your room comfortable, although we regret that its size did not fully meet your expectations. Our hotel will close from September 30th for approximately eight months for a complete renovation. This major project will allow us to modernise the property and improve the comfort of our rooms. Dear Guest, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback following your stay with us. We are pleased that you appreciated our convenient location, particularly for your early ferry departure. We are sorry, however, that you found the room too basic for the price and that noise from the central location and from the floor above disturbed your night. We understand how important a good night’s sleep is, especially when travelling early in the morning. Our hotel is currently approaching a major renovation, which will allow us to modernize and improve our rooms and facilities. The hotel will close from September 30th, with a reopening planned for early June 2026. We also understand your comments regarding value for money. Our central seaside location is one of the main advantages of staying with us, but we regret that you did not feel the overall experience justified the price on this occasion.
