Check in was easy … although staff failed to mention a parking disc we needed cost money. The first thing I noticed in the corridors was the smell… like dirty clothes or old food.. this was worse in the room… I bought an air freshener to help with the stink! I noticed a vent on the corridor that was absolutely crusted with dirt and dust … The room was tiny …bed a little soft but clean. Very very basic … no kettle or tea/ coffee facilities in the room. Some available downstairs but with a constant stream of people using this and an open jug of water … not very hygienic. Breakfast was ok… the coffee undrinkable But basic breakfast was just ok I won’t be staying at an ibis again

I did not book this hotel but it seems someone booked it in my name. I cancelled the booking and contacted All Accor to look into it. They couldn’t explain it but said the hotel would be in contact. Instead they’ve sent me this survey. To be clear, I did not stay do the score is not relevant to the hotel itself but the fake booking with no explanation or response from the hotel.

Well located hotel, good room. Lift noise could be heard from the room. Fortunately guests were quiet and went to their room early so no disturbance but it could have been different if some people had stayed up late. Toilet paper roll not full. What is an amusing situation in a domestic setting is not in a hotel. Fortunately paper handkerchiefs were at hand but the money saved on slim rolls could be wasted on blocked drains.

I stayed for one night having been on the overnight ferry from Ireland. I left my bags at the hotel until I could check in at 14.00. Staff were helpful. Rooms are basic and a little jaded, no kettle. The breakfast was excellent and the buffet kept well stocked.

Extremely well located, we got given a family room so had lots of space as we were only a couple. Standard double room would have been tight. Room was okay a lick of paint here and there would soon make a difference the bed and bedding was very comfortable. We choose a room overlooking the church which was a lovely view but noisy early in the mornings due to deliveries etc Parking is an issue but we eventually found a space hate to think what parking is like in the summer months We paid for breakfast which was adequate but definitely not worth the money lots of places in the town offering better value.

I stayed at this hotel for three nights in September. The reception and breakfast area is spacious and clean. My bedroom was a decent size with a great view of the sea. The breakfast provided had a great choice and was easy to access. Most impressively, the staff were always helpful and friendly.
