The rooms were clean and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and freshly produced. Most of all, each member of staff was friendly and went out of their way to help with things and answer any questions.

We have stayed with you many times over the years either after arriving on the ferry from Plymouth or staying the night before leaving to go back to the UK. Your staff are always professional and courteous. On some occasions, our room is upgraded and other times we have the room we purchased. On this occasion, our room was on the 2nd floor, it was quite small but had a nice view. The bathroom in this room was disappointing; the shower area had black mould around the edges and I slipped twice - once in the shower and then coming out of the shower. There are no grab rails to hold and the base of the shower is quite slippery. Also the were insufficient towels in the bathroom, but as we were only staying the 1 night we managed. The hotel is starting to look a little “tired” now and could do with a little updating.
