Room was 103 situated above the 'chiller room' and every few minutes refrigeration units kept cutting in making an annoying humming noise - called reception to be told bar will close soon but noise went on til after midnight - called again to be offered to change rooms but that would mean getting up , dressed and packing and I had to be up and on site just after 6.40 am to declined

It's a lovely place to stay, but I was attending a Xmas function and your bar area was poor. It was slow, I was ignored, when I was served it was to be told that I had to use the function bar that then didn't stock the beer I wanted (Doombar). Fortunately the lady sent one of the team to get me pint.
