The hotel is very new and smells fresh. The room was clean and well-equipped. I was particularly impressed by the guest experience, housekeeping, and reception teams. The receptionist who handled my check-in assisted me with an early check-in. I look forward to returning.

Overall our stay was pleasant. Well located location, facilities are modern and new. The hotel employees were friendly. I was impressed with the swimming pool, the water is quite clean, it doesnt have chemical smell and enjoyable. The breakfast buffet offers a variety of food and the menu changes everyday. There are some points to improve. First, room service. While I specifically informed over phone that there were 2 of us, the food still came with only one set of utensils (I ordered 2 dishes). I then requested for another set, but only delivered to my room when we almost finished the food. Second, I found out that one pack of toôthpaste was stained by leakage from inside, although the expiry date still last until 2027. Feel like it is not safe to use. Regardless these minor issues, I would definitely come back to this property next time in Hai Phong.
