Negatives: The pool is too cold. Positives: Lovely modern hotel, everythings in excellent condition, bathroom & shower fantastic, excellent decor, luxurious ambience, comfortable rooms. The breakfast staff were brilliant and constantly attentive, the range of food wonderful and excellent taste. The dishes change daily and was a delight. There are stunning views from breakfast, our bedroom and the pool.

I have stayed in Pullman Hai Phong a few times, the Best Accor Executive lounge in Vietnam. They have the best selection of cocktails (more options and more Top Shelf options), for wine 3 white 3 red, and excellent service. Previously, I was staying when the Hotel was newly opened and there were very few customers. Now the hotel is much more lively with an increased number of guests but not crowded. The canapés on offer at the cocktail hour have been slightly adjusted due to the large number of Korean Guests, but great food and plenty for a light dinner if you just want to relax at the hotel and not go out for dinner. Special thanks to NGUYEN-BAO Hung & Thao Vu in Guest Relations for taking care of their Accor Platinum Members with a wonderful welcome gift, an upgraded room and late checkout

due to impromptu and sudden change of schedule, booked 2 rooms for 2 adults using Accor apps, and arrived in next 10 mins. we went up the rooftop bar to chill. when showing welcome drink coupon with apps, i was told that only 1 drinks only! shock to learn and in simple logic, why only 1 drink for 2 room? kind to give some insights into this experiences. how would you feel if you were me? rules and regulations or accor policies?
