A truly excellent hotel with modern design, spacious and comfortable rooms, and impeccable cleanliness. The service was warm, professional, and consistently attentive throughout my stay. Breakfast was high quality with a great variety, and the facilities were well maintained. Perfect for both business and leisure — I would happily stay here again and highly recommend it.

From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I was greeted warmly by the lovely Front Desk agent. My Deluxe Suite was ready at the time of arrival around 12:30pm, which was much appreciated as I had advised the team via email communication a few days prior to my arrival. Thanks so much for allocating the Suite on the 29th floor. The suite was massive and had an uninterrupted view towards the city centre and river. The room amenities in the Suite were well equipped and thought properly. The afternoon tea and evening canapes on both occassion at the Executive Lounge were superb and Yen who manned the lounge was lovely, friendly and helpful. Thanks Yen for being so amazing. The gym was well equipped with modern machines and facilitated with a steam and sauna room and of course the nice infinity cold pool (if only it was heated). Back to staff at the front desk, everybody I talked to spoke english fluently. Great great great! Highly recommended to stay here when in HaiPhong. Thank you for your hospitality.

My main issue was how noisy it was from outside so really need noise proof windows. I was 14th floor and could hear when there were fast cars or loud noises outside. Worse still every morning from 5am ish there was some trumpet noise that would go off 2x nearly every hour. The swimming pool was cold too

From the very first moment, this stay was exceptional. Despite our very early morning arrival, check in was seamless, welcoming and efficient, setting a wonderful tone for the days ahead. On departure, an equally early check out was handled with the same calm professionalism, and having someone kindly assist us with our luggage made a real difference. Housekeeping deserves special praise. The room was kept in immaculate condition throughout our entire week, with a clear attention to detail that never went unnoticed. Everything felt thoughtfully cared for, creating a sense of comfort and ease each time we returned. What truly stood out was the consistency of service and the genuine care shown by the team. These thoughtful touches turned a stay into a collection of beautiful memories, and we left feeling already eager to return.
