We are very sorry to hear that your stay did not meet your expectations and that you experienced several inconveniences during your time with us. We apologize for the wet floors caused by guests returning from the pool area, as well as the loud music from nearby beach clubs, which can sometimes continue late into the night. We understand how this impacted your comfort, and we have tried our best to raise the issue with the local government, as the noise from the beach bar is out of our control. Regarding breakfast, we sincerely apologize for the overcrowding, limited seating, and buffet replenishment issues you encountered. Your comments have been shared with our Food & Beverage team to improve service and guest flow, especially during peak periods. For the laundry bag charge, we regret any frustration caused. The information about this fee charge has been placed on the laundry bag, but we are sorry that you have not noticed this information.
