We have stayed at this hotel several times now and the staff from top to bottom are great. Views over the ocean are great and now with the double glazing of the rooms at the front of the hotel it is a much more pleasant stay we will shall return again.

Food and service was excellent. Great view of the bay The noise from the bar was a bit hard to put up with after an hour or so.overall good stay

BGCGN2018 Business - TripAdvisor review

I made the mistake to book this hotel, expecting to have a quiet and relaxing stay with beautiful view. I found out that during school holidays in Vietnam this place is frequently booked by Vietnamese Families with small children, looking to have a good time at the beach, at the party area in front of the hotel playing loud music till 1:30 a.m and if you want to have a room that is far away from the noise you loose the nice view on Ha Long Bay as well. Breakfast Restaurant was crowded, on 3 of 7 days I did not get a place and had to take my breakfast at the bar area. The other guests were - very Vietnamese - not respectful to disturbing other guests. We’re shouting in the alley during daytime, during the night. I still rate 3 of 5 points as the hotel staff was trying to do their outmost best to make my life better, but they knew already how the other guests were distracting the other tourists from abroad.
