Overall the stay is satisfying, breakfast is good, room is clean and service staff are friendly. Except the sudden interruption by immigration officer knocking on my door to check my passport. Didn't the front desk ahead have a copy of my passport?. And the immigration officer do not know their job? That Singaporean are visa free? Yet they asked for my visa .

We would like to clarify further about the situation, this was a rare, non-routine security check conducted across all hotels, serviced apartments, and residential buildings with foreign guests. Due to the recent administrative restructuring in Vietnam in 2025, the authorities temporarily required direct, in-person verification in each room — a mandatory procedure applied to everyone, including our own foreign managers. It was not related to any suspicion toward any individual. We are sorry that this disrupted your stay. Thank you again for your patience and for also recognizing the other positive aspects of your experience with us. We hope to welcome you back soon under more comfortable and relaxing circumstances. always feedback the air condition cannot adjust temperature. when I want to increase to 26-27 degree C, however always got to max 20-21

Dust bin under the working desk was not disposed during my stay. Cotton pad was open when I came. Apart from that, everything was fine.
