I stay in the hotel few times/year. All of my information is in the system. But when checking in this time, the front desk really have no idea of my information and asking again, especially the information for the VAT invoice

Service and room are nice and staff are sweet but I have some following issues during my last stay: As I arrived, light could not turned on. The TV was un-plug My VAT was issued complicatedly (I think I received 3 different VATs, one of them was correct but I took my time)

Amazing view from the room. Spacious and clean room. Water pressure in shower is fantastic! Gym and sauna is awesome! Only setback can be the warm waiting area for transportation on the ground floor. Great value!

I'm happy to be here both variety breakfast, quality of lounge, full equipments in gym room, comfortable bed and particularly staff's service mind. I forgot my marriage ring at gym room on Tuesday. I contacted reception for helping and told her details. They checked at gym room and cctv. On the other hand, I went back my room for finding ring. Finally, they found it within an hour. I appreciate all of staff at Mercure Haiphong.
