The hotel is quite old. Breakfast was terrible. I arrived at about 8am but everything was empty. I understand that some trays maybe empty and need some time to be filled during breakfast, but it's quite unacceptable that most of the hot dish was empty at such an early hour, and at the same time. Moreover, the hotel only serves 2 bottle of water per day. That's so out of date since most of the hotels now are willing to serve more if needed. I was told to pay for extra water, and it's even not the branded and bottled one. I don't mind paying but it's not a good feeling at all. The staff was the best thing during my stay. They were really nice and helpful.

Lovely room with nice city view from 21st floor. Thank you Mia for fast and friendly check in and Tracy for offering late check out due to our change in schedule. Food on Flame restaurant was really nice and diverse, however, it would be very appreciated if you could let your guets know about a private event beforehands since it was quite noisy and crowded with kids. Orders could be better handled if staffs carry an order form at first to prevent disturbing guests many times by continuing ask guests to repeat their orders.

The hotel only provide 2 bottles of water daily. I was charged 68,000 for extra 2 bottles. So far this is my first time paying for drinking water with all my stays with Accor. Not to mention that I am a gold memeber. I was upgraded to the executive floor but I wasn't being informed about the lounge excess until I found out shortly after check out. The welcome drink was simply the free iced tea they put at the lobby. I saw the receptionist poured from the station and handed to me. What a joke.

Your comments regarding the air conditioning, water pressure, and waiting time during check-out have been noted and shared with the relevant teams for review and improvement. Regarding bottled water, two complimentary bottles are provided daily as part of the room amenities. Additional bottles are available upon request and are chargeable according to hotel policy. We regret if this was different from your previous experiences at other properties. We would also like to clarify that while we were pleased to offer you a complimentary upgrade to a Privilege Room, lounge access is not included with a complimentary room upgrade. Access to the Privilege Lounge is reserved for guests who book eligible room categories or hold qualifying membership benefits. We apologize if this was not clearly explained during your stay. Regarding the welcome drink benefit, the iced tea offered at reception is a complimentary refreshment that we serve to all arriving guests. Your ALL welcome drink voucher is a separate member benefit and can be redeemed at our restaurant or bar through the ALL application. We are sorry that these were confused, resulting in the voucher remaining unused. We will remind our team to provide clearer guidance on member benefits in the future.
