Hotel comfort is acceptable, but housekeeping missed details, residual hair from previous guests remained throughout my stay, which was quite unsettling.

The facility is not worth 5 stars; I used to stayed at Pullman Hai Phong and I expected Mecure should be the same but it's not. For me, faciliies at Mecure are at 3-4 stars ranged. The hotel didn't have enough parking lot; I have to park at the Lach Tray Stadium and walk back to the Hotel after a very long day of travel which make me very tired. If you guys don't have enough parking lot you should have a staft who can do valet parking. They didn't clean my room automatically, I had to call down to ask for it. The front desk staff were the only ones who provided thoughtful and enthusiastic service

While our two basement parking areas are normally sufficient, at times of high demand, additional external parking is arranged as a temporary solution. We understand that this may cause inconvenience compared to on-site parking, and we appreciate your understanding. We also apologize for the inconvenience regarding room cleaning. Housekeeping service is available daily; however, we regret if this was not clearly communicated or arranged during your stay. At the same time, we are grateful for your kind recognition of our Front Office team.
