I stayed at the Mercure recently for one night. The staff are welcoming, the room is spacious and well maintained. The amenities are of good quality. The mattress is firm and the pillows are comfortable. The restaurant offers plenty of choices for different dietary restrictions. I am a vegetarian and there was a variety I could choose from for lunch and dinner. I wish the same could be said for breakfast, where the options were more limited. Overall, it is good value for money and I’d highly recommend it.

Everything was pretty good except breakfast buffet was a bit disappointing. Spread was small and dishes are cold.

Some hot dishes on the buffet are kept warm with heating lamps, which may not retain the same temperature as freshly prepared items. Stayed for one night. Staff was profesionel and very friendly. Everybody did their outmost to make us feel comfortable. Room was clean and in good condition. Lounge was good with great timing. If there is anything I would like to be different, it would be breakfast time. Finishing breakfast by 9am is too early. Except for that a really great stay.

First impression for warm welcome at ground floor staff to lead us to front desk which locate in 5th floor. During our check in in the evening the front desk seems quite busy but the staff is still able to maintain professional service. The room is tidy and clean. I stayed there for 2 nights. The breakfast is good and staff is very helpful to prepare traditional Vietnamese food upon my request.The location is in city of Hi Phong where we can walk to enjoy dinner. Overall Mercure will be our destination for next business trip.
