The staffs are very friendly and helpful, even offering to charge my phone at her reception desk while checking in so that I can have battery back to stay in touch with my friend for my next immediate appointment. The room was clean and comfortable enough for a good sleep after a long working day. The location was convinient to move around. It is definitely good value, and in fact extremely satisfactory as I got upgraded with my Gold Accor membership. I will definitely come back.

I recently have had the pleasure of staying at Mercure Hai Phong. From the moment of arrival I experienced a genuinely warm welcome and immediate assistance with my luggage. Check in experience was again welcoming swift and professional . I can honestly attest that all staff that I interacted with were eager to assist and again knew what they were doing, a credit I would think to senior staff and management. I would also like to make mention and commend the General manager Brad who was pleasantly engaging and thoughtful and enjoyed our conversations. I would also like to give a special mention to the young man (you know who you are..) who served in the executive lounge each evening, again a most impressive interaction, he is surely deserving for a senior position in the future. I honestly cannot fault my stay. Everything in the suite worked as it should. The blackout curtains are amazingly good and the shower was a treat. The mattress felt supportive for my heavier bodyweight whilst not feel too hard at all. The pillows were heavenly and the linens of excellent quality.
