I stayed at the Mercure hotel and was pleased with the high standard of the room and the late checkout option. The staff was also very friendly and attentive, which made the stay comfortable. However, I encountered an issue with breakfast at the restaurant. I had breakfast at 6:45 AM, and unfortunately, the noodle soup was served cold, which really spoiled the dish. To make things worse, the meatball I was served was still undercooked, so I had to throw away the entire bowl. This was quite disappointing, especially given the otherwise pleasant stay.

The personal touch was fantastic did everything I needed car shuttle for my trips, the dining was great 👍 and the receptionist went beyond my expectations.

Location not very good. Receptionists are good and room standard Mercure design. Restaurant reception was bad

I stayed for 5 nights on a business trip. The breakfast and lounge food were varied with plenty of options, so there was no need to visit outside restaurants as everything could be enjoyed within the hotel. The room was clean and well-maintained daily, ensuring a comfortable stay. The swimming pool and other facilities were also well-managed, making this the best hotel for business travelers visiting Haiphong. Don't miss the stunning view of Haiphong's cityscape from the 28th floor.

The floor that i was staying wad relatively higher where i can view the good view of haiphong. Not only that the breakfast buffet was very extensive and good quality as well.
