Dear Customer Service Team, I hope this message finds you well. My name is Bar, and I stayed at your hotel on 31.07.26 till 02.08.26. It was a very pleasant stay and I enjoyed it a lot , except for the incident where I lost my phone. On July 1, 2026, I was using the swimming pool at your hotel, Mövenpick Taba, when I unfortunately lost my mobile phone. Immediately after discovering it was missing, I reported the incident to your Security Manager. I informed him that the missing device was a Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra. He kindly searched the area together with me, but despite our efforts, the phone could not be found. He assured me that he would continue to investigate the matter. At that time, I also explained that my insurance company requires an official letter from the hotel confirming that I reported the loss. The Security Manager informed me that this letter would be sent to my email address. Unfortunately, I have not yet received the letter. I urgently need this official confirmation in order to submit my insurance claim, as I am currently without my phone. I would therefore appreciate it if you could send me the requested letter as soon as possible. Kindly ensure that it is issued on the hotel's official letterhead and includes the official stamp and signature of both the Security Manager and the hotel. The best in taba, the staff will make you feel at home since the first moment. Only one thing they need to change is the towel policy, you need to get the towels back to the towel desk you got them from which is a little bit annoying specially when the staff dont accept the towels and ask you to go and get the cards from another place. The food is ok, the view are amazing. Fantastic beach and professional guest relation team.

Where do i begin? I travelled with my wife and 2 boys, 10 and 15 yrs old, for my birthday/summer vacation! We stayed for 7nights and 8 days and it was amazing. From the very greeting at the front gate to meeting the beautiful and sweetest Lara from guest relations. She upgraded our room and made our stay even better. Someone needs to give her a raise and a promotion! The rooms were very spacious and so comfortable, with an amazing view of the whole surroundings; amazing desert mountains and the awesome Red Sea. Our housekeeper Salam was the best! The rooms were made up very nicely and he surprised us for my birthday and decorated the rooms; love those personal touches that make all the difference and every day was a surprise when we came back in the evenings. We did some awesome diving and a big shout out to Taha in Taba, the manager of the diving center, he organized everything for us and made our experience unforgettable; anything we needed he was the man to go to! The food was great, especially breakfast and the Lebanese restaurant which was soo good; highly recommend the Middle Eastern experience, you won't regret it. Hats off to the Chef! Overall the food was great and the Chinese restaurant wasn't too bad as well, especially the Sushi! We did most of the water sports available and it was a lot of fun, but the diving is what really excited us the most. They have several huge sized pools which are great and the main pool has a bar where we had some great cocktails and met the best bar tender in Sinai, Abed! He made us feel very welcomed and he always had a smile and the best suggestions for cocktails; so friendly! You can't miss the wonderful spa they have! We ended up doing several massage therapies it was that good; highly recommend Said for massages and Amira for the ladies! Overall it was an amazing experience and we are definitely coming back! Thank you to the great staff and keep up the good work!

We would also like to thank the breakfast restaurant manager. Although I don’t know his name, he surprised us with a beautiful birthday celebration that made our day unforgettable. It was such a thoughtful and heartwarming gesture. A big thank you as well to Mostafa, the barista in the restaurant. He was always friendly, smiling, and prepared excellent coffee every day. His positive attitude and great service made every morning even better. The hotel is beautiful, the atmosphere is relaxing, the food was delicious, and the staff were always welcoming and helpful. Thank you to the entire Mövenpick Taba team for making our stay so enjoyable. We will definitely be happy to visit again.
