It was absolutely an amazing experience! Very nice facilities and well oriented welcoming staff; especially Maryam! She was very helpful and friendly, and made sure that we were having a great stay. The hotel’s location and atmosphere were amazing and the service was excellent and exceeded our expectations, Highly recommended!!

Great stay overall. The place is clean, with a beautiful view and a calm atmosphere. The staff are friendly, and it’s very suitable for kids. One point I hope management considers is aligning more with local preferences by offering alternatives to companies currently being boycotted by many people in Jordan, such as Pepsi products and Aquafina water. Around 90% of people here are mindful of this, and even some visitors mentioned they now prefer visiting Aqaba over Eilat. With small adjustments like this, the experience would be even better.

Honestly, I’d like to start with the positive things. The hotel pools were nice, the location was excellent, and the staff were very friendly. These things really helped make the trip a bit better for us. As for the negative aspects, I’ll start with the rooms. The room was not very clean, and the furniture felt old, especially the bed covers. When we returned to the room after housekeeping, they didn’t replace missing items like ear cotton or basic toiletries such as soap—it felt like they only provided them once and that was it. The safe in the room wasn’t working, and even though we requested an iron, it wasn’t available in the room. The breakfast was quite disappointing—there wasn’t much variety, and the options were very limited. Also, there weren’t many activities or games for kids at the hotel, so we found ourselves going out most of the time. Honestly, I wouldn’t come back to this hotel again.
