The endless variety of pools added so much fun to our experience; my kids and I loved swimming all day long, and the slide was a huge hit! The staff truly made us feel welcome and were incredibly attentive to our requests. At breakfast, the team was so helpful (special thanks to Ali for being so friendly to my daughter), and the dinner staff were equally superb (I believe her name was Melanie?). We also really enjoyed the dining—the Italian pizza and gnocchi were fantastic. Even with over 1,200 guests during the weekend, the resort never felt overcrowded. Staff at reception were also helpful (Noorsan was helpful. Majdi was super with engaging with my Son on Play Station topics). As for the room, the beds were very comfortable, and the showers had fantastic water pressure. We also spent a lot of time at the beach; the snorkeling and banana boat ride were highlights, and the sea life is beautiful. Lastly, the gym was well-equipped, though a bit smaller than I had anticipated.
