One of the best hotels in Aqaba in terms of service, cleanliness, and hospitality. The front office team is very professional with a smooth and efficient check-in—special thanks to Front Office Manager Majdi for his leadership. The room was spotless, and housekeeping service by Elain was excellent. A big thank you as well to Jamal, Housekeeping Manager, for maintaining such high standards. Breakfast and dinner offered a great variety, and the food quality was very good—special thanks to Chef Yousuf. I also enjoyed a full body massage at Zara Spa, which was truly amazing. Great job by therapist Teresia, and the spa manager Thaer is very hospitable with a wonderful personality. Highly recommended for a comfortable and memorable stay.
