Room was ok, a few problems, the lamp switched did not work, so we had to unscrew the light bulbs to switch them off. Complimentary Slippers were not packaged and we're dirty.

This is a very good hotel with plenty of facilities, and the staff were incredibly nice throughout my stay. The excursions they proposed were all excellent, and their diving center was truly great. The buffet was outstanding for both breakfast and dinner, while the restaurant served delicious options for lunch. It was an incredible stay, and I would advise anyone to choose this hotel for their vacation. For sure, don’t go for the beach itself, but rather for the amazing facilities and excursions that make the experience unforgettable.

Great pools so many of them they were all very well kept, staff at breakfast were extremely helpful specially Mohsen! Very nice and ready to offer help and service! Our son got hurt on his foot and he reached out to the nurse and asked him to come check on him to treat his injury while we were having breakfast! We stayed there for 3 days and we saw the same staff everyday and they were all consistent with the service and their kindness! Loved chocolate hour and children activities as well! The rooms could use some updating this is the only downside we had!
