Very bad experience

It was a bad experience, will never be repeated, and not worth the trouble of traveling from one country to another or even a small part of the amount paid. At first, the bellboy welcomed us, to be honest, they were good, we thought the stay would be good, then we went to the reception, I asked the lady with black hair, to give us connected rooms, because I have my children with me, she said that there are no connected rooms available, but if you want I can give you two connected rooms but with pool view, so you have to pay extra, otherwise, the rooms may not be close!!! I refused to pay because the view does not matter to me, so I asked her to give us rooms close to each other’s at least, than she started again talking about the availability, the check in took more than 10 minutes! People around us got welcome drinks, and there are towels at the reception, but we didn’t get welcome drinks or towels, maybe, people around us paid for the upgrade! 😜 when we went to the rooms we found that one of them was a family room! Note that when my wife contacted the hotel, they told her that we cannot book a family room because one of our children is 13 years old. They force you to book two rooms and then give you the family room! I found fruits in my room, but my kids found ant 🐜 instead of it !! We had to go many times to the reception to recharge our keys, every time they tell us : Ohh, just don’t keep it close to the phone battery! on the beach we had a great time, Roy was great, Sejan restaurant is also good, the service is great and the prices are reasonable, the beach is not sandy but that doesn't matter, the service in Naji ( I’m not sure about the name ) but I mean the buffet restaurant was great, I would love to thank Mr Roni and Murad. my kids stayed in my room until late at night, when they went to sleep in their room, they were surprised that the bedsheets were not clean, so they couldn't sleep and went back to sleep in my room, we simply paid for a room to put the kids' bags in, and when I went to the reception around 2:30 - 3:00 AM to complain, there was no one there, but the receptions door was open, but I didn’t call any one. Upon departure, one of the employees asked us about our stay. I don't know why no one asked us about our stay during the stay. What would have changed if I told you that it was bad as I was leaving?
