Regarding areas for improvement: the dining area was very crowded and at full capacity, and the hotel staff did not seem sufficiently prepared for the number of guests. This was reflected in the level of service. For example, on our first day, we ordered three omelets at breakfast but received only two. There was also an issue with seating in the outdoor dining area. There was no air conditioning outside, and it was extremely uncomfortable. Regarding the shuttle service from the hotel to the city, if the shuttle was full, we had to wait for the next one, which only runs every few hours. There was no additional shuttle service available during busy times. It would also have been helpful if the hotel provided guests with a sheet or information booklet explaining the facilities and activities available at the hotel, such as the golf course and the farm. Overall, we had a good experience.
