The overall experience was disappointing. The room had a very poor view, and there was an issue with the air conditioning that took a long time to resolve, which was especially uncomfortable given the extremely hot weather in Aqaba.
An iron was not available in the room and had to be requested, and it took a long time to be delivered.
The security staff at the entrance were also unfriendly. After a very long and exhausting journey, we were kept waiting at the entrance for quite some time, even though our luggage had already been inspected.

We were extremely disappointed with the way our life-threatening medical emergency was handled. On the first day of our family vacation, my father suffered a severe, life-threatening acute heart attack and had to be urgently transferred by air to Amman for emergency treatment. As a result, we had to leave the resort immediately and did not use the accommodation, breakfast, or facilities for the remainder of our stay.
We understand the hotel’s cancellation policy, but we expected compassion and flexibility in such an extraordinary and life-threatening situation. Unfortunately, our request for a refund was refused. We sincerely hope management will reconsider this decision and show greater understanding and compassion toward guests facing genuine medical emergencies.
