Dear Mövenpick Team, I would like to share my feedback regarding our recent stay at your hotel. Overall, we had a wonderful experience. The staff were exceptionally kind, friendly, and professional throughout our stay. The hotel’s location is excellent, and the service was outstanding. We truly enjoyed the food as well, and all the facilities were clean, well-maintained, and of high quality. There was only one small issue I would like to mention. I was not aware that our room was quite far from both the pool and the beach, as well as being far from the elevator. This made things a bit challenging, especially since I was traveling with my young daughter. Unfortunately, no one informed us about this, and I did not know that there were rooms closer to these areas. Aside from this, everything else was excellent. We truly enjoyed our stay and will definitely recommend your hotel to our friends and family. Thank you for the great hospitality. Best regards, Naseem Mahamed
