I came to Jordan for one day to go back to Europe from Israel. This was an intense experience and I was super grateful for this amazing hotel and mostly for the wonderful friendly and helpful people working here at the reception in the breakfast room and everywhere, friendliness, helpfulness, and genuine Smiles

I was traveling in Jordan for 1.5 weeks on a study trip and decided to spend our last full day relaxing at Mövenpick, so we stayed one night at the hotel. Overall, the hotel is beautiful and most of our interactions with the staff were very positive — especially in the restaurant, where everyone was attentive and welcoming. Unfortunately, we had a very uncomfortable experience by the pool. We informed the receptionist, who called the duty manager, Taher. He handled the situation kindly and professionally, was very comforting, and arranged dinner for us as a gesture, which we truly appreciated. Later that night, we had another unsettling experience. In the middle of the night, the lights and air conditioning in our room suddenly turned on, and we couldn’t switch them off. We went down to reception, and were told that there had been a power outage and the generator had automatically turned certain systems on. As we had a very early flight the next morning, this disrupted our sleep and left us feeling quite exhausted. In summary, the hotel itself is beautiful and most of the staff were lovely, but unfortunately the overall stay felt uncomfortable due to these incidents.

Long weekend trip with friends. I was impressed with the facilities, friendliness of staff and the location. Excellent beach access, great massage and excellent sauna/spa bath experience. Walking distance to restaurants, marina and fort. Day trip to Wadi Rum was excellent. Very good buffet breakfast. Highly recommended.
