Didn’t let me take my golf clubs up to my room. Even though they are in a secure bag, they said it was dangerous equipment, I’m sure they just didn’t know what golf clubs are. No one was at the valet at the entrance and exit area to welcome us in a well manner. No one opened the doors and we left the car there for 15 minutes till someone came and took it. The pillows are very uncomfortable and the menu for the in room dining is extremely bad. Half the stuff aren’t shown. Breakfast, everything was cold. Very bad seeing Movenpick become like this.

The bathroom door was not locking and instead f giving me another room they requested an upgrade payment because there is no other room with the same level available and i need to wait until they fix it. When they fix it the bathroom remained uncleaned due to the maintanace worker . For the breakfast we requested eggs and we did not recieve any for 30 mins then we went to have breakfast outside the hotel and keep in mind that the breakfast is included with our reservation. Very poor quality food on the beach

Our stay was truly luxurious, with beautiful, comfortable, and very clean rooms. The service was excellent overall, and we absolutely loved the stunning views, the pool, and especially the beautiful beach. Everything created a wonderful and relaxing experience. A special thank you to Mr. Qais Halalmeh and Mr. Muhannad Alshareef for their kindness, professionalism, and excellent service. We truly appreciated their efforts and the way they made us feel welcomed. We would also like to give a special mention to Sara, who was absolutely wonderful very welcoming, kind, attentive, and always happy to assist as always. She is a perfect example of genuine hospitality. The staff at The Palm Restaurant were also exceptionally kind and welcoming. In particular, Mohamed Shaker and Laith provided wonderful service and made our dining experience even more enjoyable. Their friendly attitude and attention to guests were truly appreciated. Unfortunately, our experience with miss Amani z. was disappointing. On the occasions when we approached her for assistance, we felt that she was not particularly welcoming and did not make much effort to understand or address our requests. We felt that our concerns were dismissed without much assistance or follow-up. We believe that a more attentive and friendly approach would have made a significant difference to our experience. If there is one area that could be improved, it would be the breakfast .We would have appreciated more variety and fresher options. We also noticed that the outdoor jacuzzi would benefit from a handrail, which would make it safer and more accessible for guests. Overall, we had a fantastic and memorable stay. The beautiful facilities, spotless rooms, stunning location, and wonderful members of the team made our experience very special. We would be happy to return and recommend the hotel to others.

the experience was overall good, but receiving a room at 4 PM and staff not accepting a late checkout of even 30 minutes was frustrating! this was nothing compared to them saying that "we're fully booked" when clearly opening the website I was able to find my room available to book for the next day so this is not overbooked this is just them lying about this and the way they conveyed this wasn't acceptable at all!! adding to this, our bags which came by cart when we checked in had a red powder on them ! which ruined our bag colors and I'm really not sure what is this the experience wasn't that negative; we had good moments the staff was lovely kind and smiling also they joked in a nice way with us which made the stay lovely but raising the first negative points needs to be addressed for me and the family to book again in this hotel i'll eagerly wait for a compensation of this dissatisfaction of the bags at least; my black bag has a red side now; i do have pictures also to share if needed :) thanks
