I stayed for 5 nights over the New Year, and everything was simply perfect at this beautiful hotel. I was able to get an early check in, and was upgraded to a sea view as well. The room was spacious with exceptionally comfortable bed and excellent shower. The grounds are well kept, swimming pools clean, and the beach area very nice. There seemed to be something for everyone at breakfast, but I’m a light eater in the morning so I only had my usual light meal. The gift shop has some nice items. I didn’t try the gym or spa. The staff are the hotel’s greatest asset - the friendliness and positive attitude of every single staff member was so nice to experience. I don’t want to single out any staff, but the waiters at lobby bar and beach restaurant have especially great customer service skills. The only disappointment was that the Red Sea Grill was closed during my stay- I had planned to dine there on New Year’s Eve, so had to make other plans. Hopefully it will be open on my next visit…

Great stay , well located, great employees. would like to sincerely thank Ashraf from housekeeping for his outstanding service during our stay. He was always polite, attentive, and made sure our room was spotless and comfortable every day.
