It was a good experience. I think I enjoyed it more at the hotel's branches in another governorate in Jordan and in another country. Maybe this was because there were no activities or events at the hotel, and the sea was closed most of the time without any indication of this in a convenient location for guests, such as the lobby or reception. So, after preparing for a swim, a guest would arrive at the shore only to discover it was closed due to the possibility of something underwater. A faster way must be found to resolve such problems, and made the beach suitable for swimming. A notice stating that the beach is closed should be posted in the hotel lobby or reception. Otherwise, The reception staff were excellent and very helpful and friendly to customers. Likewise, all the cleaning and restaurant staff were kind and friendly. They were the best employees in all branches in terms of good customer service. The in-room dining menu states that prices include tax, but when ordering from the restaurant to your room, the tax is added to the bill. I believe the menu displayed when scanning the QR code in the rooms should be updated to remove this statement or correct the prices to actually include tax. If a resident requests that their room not be cleaned, they should be contacted to arrange for water or other daily necessities to be brought to them each day they do not wish for the room to be cleaned. This is because room cleaning is one thing, and daily necessities are another. It's a good idea to provide a new option for the resident when they choose room cleaning. Some guests are satisfied with a regular cleaning, while others may prefer a deep cleaning. Having a label on their door or in their room will greatly enhance the guest's comfort. Finally, thank you for your attention to customer feedback and your commitment to continuous improvement.

It was an amazing stay, i enjoyed most of it The rooms are comfortable and clean, the hotel beach is beautiful. Only things i have that 2 of the pools was not warmed and the housekeeping was not that fast when ordering stuff the room

An amazing lovely hotel with a super friendly staff. I travel a lot but Aqaba Mövenpick is my favorite resort now in the Middle-East. The front desc is very kind and perfect. We got a fruit basket and some Oriental sweets in our room. I allready booked Mövenpick for the Christmas holiday🫡🇯🇴
