From the check-in, Mr. Mohamed welcomed us with incredible professionalism and warmth. Immediately after, Mr. Sami from the luggage team went out of his way to give us a fantastic tour of the entire resort, making sure we knew where everything was with the utmost kindness. The dining experience was another major highlight—the food was consistently delicious, fresh, and offered a wonderful variety. But a truly magical moment happened on June 10th; I mentioned to the staff that it was my daughter’s birthday, and the entire restaurant team, led by the amazing Mr. Ali, surprised us with a lovely mini birthday cake! They came over, sang, and celebrated with us, bringing so much pure joy and happiness to my daughter's heart. We were deeply touched by this beautiful, heartwarming gesture! Also, I have to give a massive, heartfelt shoutout to the wonderful gentleman from housekeeping who took care of our room during our stay. Even though I unfortunately didn't catch his name, he was absolute gold—so incredibly polite, deeply respectful, and always smiling. He was always around, working tirelessly and doing his absolute best to fulfill every single request we had with genuine kindness. He truly made our room feel like a welcoming home every single day! Beyond that, we were absolutely delighted by the resort's organic garden/nursery; it’s a beautiful, unique spot where we loved spending time seeing the plants and the lovely little pets. Overall, every single staff member we encountered—whether on the beach, at the bars, or in any of the resort facilities—was incredibly friendly, respectful, and professional.
