Nice, quiet place with a fantastic infinity pool

We had a fantastic vacation in September 2025. A lovely, beautiful, and peaceful place with an excellent location and outstanding staff. We especially enjoyed the new infinity pool, which opened just three months ago, a wonderful addition! Special thanks to Ahmed, who manages the pool and takes great care of the guests. He was extremely friendly and helpful. As for the minuses, a bit more variety in the food wouldn’t hurt, and it would be nice to have mojito cocktails included in the classic all-inclusive option. But these are really minor points, overall, everything was close to excellent.

This was my third year at Movenpick El Quseir, and once again you’ve exceeded expectations year after year. What truly sets you apart is the genuine love and hospitality you show in every detail. From the handwritten welcome cards in the rooms, to the smiles and warm greetings from your staff each time we meet, to the way you always make everything possible for us — it all makes a real difference. The food and beverages were excellent, the professionalism of the team outstanding, and the hotel itself is always kept perfectly clean and well-organized. Your staff is consistently helpful, raising the bar for what true hospitality looks like. A special thank you goes to everyone who contributed to the Hawaiian night on our last day — the decorations, food, and setup were beyond our expectations and created such a fun and memorable evening. We also deeply appreciate the support you provided during our Cluedo game, which added even more to our experience. We enjoyed our stay. A great resort, very well equipped rooms and excellent service in all areas. The housekeeping deserves special mention. We were absolutely satisfied in group 17. The Housekeeper constantly asked if everything was okay and cleaned the room very complex and ensure our well-being. Many thanks to Hany for that. One negative aspect of the hotel complex is that groups 13 to 17 smelled of sewage for days. Sitting outside was sometimes unbearable.
