IM a repeater guest for like 15-20 times and thats because of the healthy, helpful environment the hotel provides starting by the perfect service provided by the receptionists (Mr mahmoud farag and Mr mohamed Khamis ) and the barmen (mohamed Eid and mahmoud) and the receptionist assistant (taha al saied) and the good animation team also the security men which provide a safe environment for guests specially the security supervisor ( Mr salah) Finally big appreciation for the front office team until we meet again stay safe my second family ❤️

We stayed at this hotel with my husband for the second time and will definitely come back again. It is a wonderful hotel with a large, beautifully maintained green area, a wide and lovely beach, and an amazing coral reef located right along the hotel’s shoreline. The rooms are spacious, with a very comfortable large bed, good pillows, and high-quality bed linen. The housekeeping was perfect — our room was very well looked after every day by Hassan (I hope I remembered his name correctly). The restaurant deserves special praise. Every day for lunch and dinner there was a great variety of well-prepared, themed dishes, including delicious grilled options. The restaurant service was fast and friendly. We would also like to highlight the entire hotel staff — everyone was very helpful and attentive. All of our requests were taken into account — thank you very much to everyone for that! The only minor inconvenience was related to the payment process. A few days before our arrival, we were asked to pay for the room in advance via bank transfer, and the amount was slightly higher than the price stated at the time of booking on Accor. Upon arrival, we were informed that the difference was due to taxes, although according to our Accor booking, all taxes were already included in the total price. Overall, this is a place we truly enjoy and feel comfortable returning to.
