Very well positionated facing the Red Sea. In few words it is all you need for a good vacation . We had a very nice room facing one of the pools , partial sea view. , good every day cleaning service , good beach service , tasty and variated meals . Nice every evening shows . ​I rate the hotel positively. The grounds are well-maintained and organized, and my room was of a good standard. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the pier leading to the coral reef is a huge plus. The only downside I noticed was the hotel's complete lack of reaction to guests "reserving" sunbeds by the pools, leaving their towels on them all day only to show up once.

Its our third stay in the hotel first thanks to mr khamis in the reception and all staff and reception they maked our stay perfect and were freindly the stay was good we enjoyed the hotel most of things we needed we have found it food is good and drinks is from bottles not machine,overall was good experince just the comments that the animaition is the same from the 3 years we have been in the hotel no change in any party and mohamed the security at night was over stalker even if iam drinking somthing at the lounge but overall good experince ilove this hotel and ihope they improve it to be better always and big thanks to the team

​Overall, the hotel is good and the stay was pleasant. However, there was one issue: I had booked a Pool View room, but the receptionist changed it, claiming it was a Sea View room—which turned out to be a Garden View room upon check-in. Furthermore, I paid the full rate for the Pool View room without receiving any compensation or price difference for the downgrade. I chose not to raise an objection at the time to avoid ruining my vacation and out of consideration for other guests, but I hope room assignments match original bookings in the future.

No animation activity Food us not interesting you will find something to eat of course thank god Water from dispensers WHY? So we can’t throw one use bottles but refill them again and again which is not acceptable Long way almost 8 hours and there is nothing special no entertainment no fancy food no aquapark Disappointed 😥

It was an amazing experience and a wonderful stay. The food quality and variety were excellent, the staff were very friendly, and the Reef House was fantastic. The other facilities, especially the diving center, were also great. A special thanks to Mr. Sharqawy, who was extremely welcoming and helpful. He helped organize a special dinner and a birthday surprise for my friend, which made our stay even more memorable. Overall, it was a really enjoyable experience, and I will definitely consider Novotel as my first choice for my next visits to Marsa Alam.

The hotel is very clean, and the food hygiene standards are excellent. However, the snacks were poor and repetitive, often consisting of leftover breakfast pastries or stale bread. Items were not replenished once they ran out. The most disappointing part of my stay was the lack of communication regarding my complaint. I received conflicting information from Reception and Guest Relations about the complimentary dinner at La Veranda for direct Accor bookings. I contacted Accor for clarification while I was still staying at the hotel, but I received no response or explanation.

- It was my third stay at Novotel Mars Allam, but this time was completely different from my previous two visits. The staff were much friendlier, the food was more delicious, and the overall experience was excellent. - It was a pleasure meeting Mr. Mohamed Fouad, the General Manager. I truly appreciate his efforts and positive impact in making our stay more enjoyable. Special thanks to Mr. Wagih at the reception for his prompt assistance with our reservation.
