We stayed at the hotel for a week, with the goal of taking a short family vacation during our child’s school break. Overall, everything was more or less as expected. A typical hotel in the middle of the desert on the Red Sea coast. We were able to relax and soak up the sun. However, we only swam in the pool; the beach wasn’t suitable for that. The rooms were a good size, and the balcony offered a sea view as promised. One shower provided only hot water. Room service was generally good, though the restocking of the minibar remained a mystery. The housekeeper would knock on the door from time to time and hand over a few beers without saying a word; it later turned out that we had to pay for them according to the minibar price list. Meanwhile, beer by the pool was free. But that was a minor detail. The food in the hotel dining room was average or below average.

I requested to extend my stay for two additional nights, but the rate was unjustifiably increased from 6,500 EGP to 9,000 EGP. Additionally, multiple issues with the reception remained unresolved throughout our honeymoon. This was a highly disappointing experience, and I would strongly not recommend this hotel.
