Just got back from Novotel and I'm still on cloud nine! 😍 The location was perfect, right in the heart of downtown. Hotel was luxurious and felt like a home away from home. The food was absolutely amazing with so many delicious options! 🍴 Huge thanks to all the staff for their hard work, especially Maryam who was incredibly helpful and friendly! There's also plenty of activities to enjoy and every night there's a beautiful show and party vibe! 🎉 Can't wait to return! 🌟

One of the best hotels in Marsa Alam, it's a family friendly hotel that everyone likes to come back to. There is a large selection of food, great snorkeling right next to the hotel on the pier, they take great care of the comfort of their guests, well-equipped rooms, it's great there. I especially have to praise the very nice and hardworking Ayman M Aly at the reception, who will help you with everything and advise you👍

There seems to be a difference in how Egyptian and Arab clients are treated compared to foreign clients, which negatively affects the overall vacation experience.

The nature there is marvelous, the sea and the beach are so big . Snorkeling is a must. Rooms are modern , spacious and clean. Staff is so decent and very helpful. Food is fine but can be better but the salad buffet is so delicious with lots of options. Main drawback in food is dessert .animation team has to work far harder , this will level up the stay . Overall we enjoyed the stay in the heart of the nature in a very relaxing hotel and a good service .
