The receptionist wasn't that friendly The food variety isn't that good The juice is over diluted, it feels like coloured water The best thing is the animation team, although they are only 3 !! The snacks are just 2 kinds of bakeries from the breakfast buffet The ice cream is offered only 2 hrs. a day, and the guy told me that they bring him only 50 ice creams a day!!! For the whole hotel !!!! So obviously he always run out of it...we stayed for 4 days, my kids didn't have the chance to try it not a single time. Finally rescpion is not Frindly

The hotel is clean, the food is delicious. The view from the restaurant terrace is beautifull. The staff are nice and friendly for example Amr Fadi. :-) He has a few kind words for everyone and he is always smiling, very funny and nice man. And He makes super cocktails

We had an incredible time at this hotel! The overall design, especially the gardens, was absolutely stunning (the gardeners are doing an amazing job!). Our room was spacious, equipped with everything we needed, and the bed was very comfortable. The cleaning staff ensured our room was spotless every single day. The food was delicious, with plenty of options to choose from. Every night, there was a BBQ featuring a variety of meats, so there was always something new to enjoy – you definitely won’t get bored of the food! The beach area was fantastic, offering activities like volleyball, pétanque, and even camel rides. One of our favorite features was the pier, where you can snorkel at the end. The underwater world was breathtaking, and the lifeguard was attentive, making sure we felt safe throughout. A huge shout out to the animation team for their incredible effort! The evening shows were fantastic and SO MUCH FUN, and the daily activities like aqua aerobics and volleyball added so much fun to our stay. A special thanks to queen Berta for going above and beyond to make everything even more enjoyable – she’s truly the best! Also, a big thank you to Miriam (I hope I’ve spelled her name correctly; she works in guest relations at the desk next to reception) for helping me organize a birthday surprise. I really appreciate her help! For the downsides: The breakfast bag we received for our early morning flight was disappointing. (This is provided when your flight departs too early for the regular breakfast service.) Unfortunately, it didn’t match the amazing breakfasts we enjoyed at the hotel – we only managed to eat the banana, as the rest wasn’t very appetizing. Lastly, we were constantly disturbed by a variety of sellers trying to promote/sell excursions or the hotel’s amenities. We were constantly being interrupted while we were reading, talking, and even while we were sleeping. We understand this is common in many hotels in Egypt, but it would be a significant improvement if the hotel made an effort to minimize these disturbances. For example, it would be much better if, during check-in, guests were informed about where to find these sellers in case they were interested in booking excursions or spa treatments. Overall, we truly enjoyed staying at this hotel and can’t wait to return! 😊

We have been visiting Novotel at least twice a year since 2017 (outside Covid) and have always been extremely satisfied, beautiful accommodation, a really famous coral reef and good variety of food and services, coresponding 5* hotel. Unfortunately, with the arrival of the new management, drastic changes have taken place. Apart from the standard all-inclusive, all the extra services from the all-inclusive were cancelled, such as extra drinks other than the all-inclusive, classic espresso or good coffee for an extra charge were also cancelled. Currently the hotel only offers all inclusive and nothing else outside of the extra food you can buy. In case you send an email inquiry to guest realtion you will not get a reply. In case you contact top management about services for extra fees, you are indiscriminately sent somewhere. Over the last two years it has become more than clear that hotel management is fully and mostly focused on Polish clients, who are now the majority and the rest, although regular repeat guests, are not that important. Now it is the Polish market. The last straw was the unannounced reconstruction of the pier / the only access to the sea / during our holiday. I don't think anyone would want to spend a lot of money on a beach holiday when they can't even enter the sea. The excuses that the reconstruction started during windy weather were totally vague and misguided, as the reconstruction was suspended for the same reason of bad weather, and surely the contractor didn't just happen to have precisely measured stairs ready when it just started blowing hard and the management just decided hooray, let's break down the pier and get started... I would like especially to thank Mr. Abdo from the Concierge team, the Reception Manager and Mr. Mahmoud from his team and Mr. Hamed from the Lifeguards team and his team for the great service, support and many times better attitude than the top management over the all years. Gentlemans - thank you very much for your great and profesional work and support over all years! Regretfully, based on our recent experience over the last 2 years, we will not be returning to the hotel, downgrading it to an ordinary 4* with only an all inclusive option and nothing more. We are not alone, other regulars we have met at Novotel have the same opinion and the hotel will no longer be on their list.

We were very satisfied with our family and children. We moved here from another hotel, where we were unhappy, especially with the food. We didn't know what we were going to and were worried. We must say that we were excited. The staff was nice, smiling, pleasant and helpful. They spoke English and were helpful. Whether it was the reception, cooks, waiters, bartenders, or the cleaning man and the animator. The rooms, pools, and restaurants were very clean. The food was tasty, varied, fresh and made with quality ingredients, a large and varied selection of both food and drinks. The animators were helpful, funny, smiling and very communicative. I highly recommend it to anyone who likes peace, quiet, clean and good food. We were extremely satisfied and even if the first hotel has the same rating, it cannot be compared to this one at all. We will recommend this hotel to everyone and we will be happy to come back to you.
