Mohammed Yusef an Saad were great waiters. And the Chefs are great. Everything was excellent. We Loved it so much! Mariam makram is a great guest relation worker. If you have any questions she will Help you surely. She has such an inviting Smile every day. I can only reward this Hotel for everyone WHO wants to have an unforgettable experience in Service. The only thing that is a little bit annoying are the people WHO wants to sell you anything in very aggressive Fashion. The only two of them who are Kind and polite are the Quad Safari and doctor fish. I can only say that the Quad driving through the desert was an exceptional experience! Our Guide Mahmud was such a nice and lovely Guy. I will Miss the people Here and i'm looking forward coming Back to this wonderful place!

Location: Hotel is placed on the nice beach, but you can go to the sea only on 3 places - there are marked 2 "lagoons" by buoys and they are really small (the bigger one approx 4x4 m) therefore swimming is out of question. Also high of the water in these "lagoons" are max 1 m (in case of low tide it is even less). Third option is pier, but during our stay it was open only 2x (7 days stay) due to wind. Pools: nice pools but very cold water Accomodation: nice hotel and nice room. There is A/C in the room but it is so loudy that you can´t have it on while sleeping Food: very good food, a lot of options to choos from. Only if you are coffe lover bring your own coffe - I was quite suprised that you can´t even buy a good coffe - there is no good coffe machine anywhere in this hotel. Staff: very friendly and helpful people Overall: It is nice hotel with nice staff but due to the fact that we were not able to swim in the sea most of the time we will not return to this hotel. I´m going to the seaside to be able to swim in the sea and not only look at it or stand in it.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at Novotel Marsa Alam! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the warm welcome from the staff and the beautiful surroundings. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable, with a stunning view of the sea. The food was diverse and delicious, catering to all tastes, and the service was impeccable. The pool and beach area were perfect for relaxation. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and luxurious getaway. A heartfelt thank you to the entire team, from the General Manager to the servers, who go above and beyond to ensure every guest feels special. A special thanks to Head Chef Mr. Abouzid for the exceptional quality and taste of the meals – truly a culinary delight. Our gratitude also goes to Mrs. Dhouha, Dr. Ahmed, and Mr. Mahmoud for their outstanding support and professionalism. To the servers, Houssam and Mahmoud, Ahmed... thank you for your kindness and impeccable service. You are all amazing and made our trip truly unforgettable. We will definitely be back!"

Amazing place with good vibes. First time for me be here and i spend good time here. In day have a lot activity and every night good shows like dance, fire show , karaoke… Food, rooms , sea everything its very good. I really enjoy my holiday with friends. I will like come back
