We were very satisfied with our family and children. We moved here from another hotel, where we were unhappy, especially with the food. We didn't know what we were going to and were worried. We must say that we were excited. The staff was nice, smiling, pleasant and helpful. They spoke English and were helpful. Whether it was the reception, cooks, waiters, bartenders, or the cleaning man and the animator. The rooms, pools, and restaurants were very clean. The food was tasty, varied, fresh and made with quality ingredients, a large and varied selection of both food and drinks. The animators were helpful, funny, smiling and very communicative. I highly recommend it to anyone who likes peace, quiet, clean and good food. We were extremely satisfied and even if the first hotel has the same rating, it cannot be compared to this one at all. We will recommend this hotel to everyone and we will be happy to come back to you.

The beds are very comfortable, the food is great with plenty of variety, and the coral reef is stunning. The staff, especially the waiters, are incredibly kind and attentive. A perfect place for a relaxing getaway and underwater exploration!

Positive: Cleaning, staff sympathy, food, weather, and the sea. Negative part, a) Not enough transparency; 1.- I made the reservation and provided a credit card, and the reservation on the hotel website says it's paid, I check-in and they ask to pay there, and confuse my reservation with someone else... 2.- I requested transfer service from the airport to the hotel, by email to the hotel, I wasn't informed that another company was doing that job, not on the email exchange and not even at the check-in. 3.- I don't have one document, one invoice of what I have paid at the hotel. For example, at the check-out, I was expecting to pay 950LE for wine at the Christmas party and 60LE for orange juice, but instead of 1010LE I paid 1165LE, I don't know why, It wasn´t explained or given a document with a description. 4.- If the hotel has SPA and other services, they should have the price list available and not let that be negotiable with the sellers. b) Other situations: 1.- The day before I left, I requested for the next day a bag of snacks for the travel (1h to the airport + 2h in the airport + 4h on the plane), I requested for the 15:30. On the next day, they informed me, that they had made the bags for 03 am (I had requested late check out for that day on the reservation if there where any doubts), and also, for 15:30 is not included. You don't do that; we could have prepared ourselves by having lunch later, for example, we were counting on that, so the only solution at that time was to eat at the airport at a higher price. It was a hard blow. 2.- It could be a cultural thing, but when I go on vacations, I want to have a peaceful and relaxed time, and that is not possible every single day, several people approach, even when I'm sleeping in the poll, to sell things... and in one of those things, we add one of the worst and traumatic experiences in ours lives, and the hotel also is responsible for that, because they allow those people and companies to have an "office" in the hotel and treated them has partners. 3.- The alcoholic drinks (Whisky, Rum, Vodka, Gin) are of low, low, quality 4.- The "snacks" in a limited time and limited quantity, if you are not in the first minutes, you don't have "snacks" to eat. So no food between meals. 5.- Kids club every time we went there, it was closed. Kids activities I can recall anything relevant.
