Great hotel with great staff and a good location. Overall a great hotel with a good selection drinks and food in the lounge plus great choices for buffet breakfast. Chocolate hour was a little disappointing compared to some Mövenpick Hotel but still pretty good.

The hotel located well. It was clean and comfy. The staff were really nice and helpful. The chocolate hour was nice as well. The water in the shower wasn’t so hot.

Staff are really friendly and warm welcoming, guiding us to checkin in the executive floor and free shuttle from hotel to the nearest BTS station is greatly appreciated. However, the decorations of the room is a bit antiquated, especially the TV size and the model, the furnitures. And need to point out the dislocation of the glass door of the bath tube is totally unacceptable in an executive suit. Unfortunately, may not consider to stay in the same hotel next time in Bangkok.

Slightly disappointed with our stay here, we asked to be moved to a bigger room, and agreed with the staff that we would leave our bags packed in our old room at 08:00 and return to the hotel at 15:00 to our new room. Arrived at 15:00 and our new room was not ready. So we had to partially unpack get changed as we were going straight out and repack. Very annoying. Some of the staff didn't really speak English that well, one of them just nodded at everything we were saying, but not understanding a word. The Bar on the roof was utterly atmosphere less, and had some really annoying flashing lights. The hotel must have a good deal on fake grass as it was everywhere, squelching horribly underfoot.
