Our hotel booking in Chiang Mai was canceled and transferred to Mövenpick instead due to the aftermath of flooding damage. Our short stay in Chiang Mai wasn’t good but we appreciated the lodging arrangement that eased our trip.

Regarding the dinner at the restaurant, which was included in my room booking, there was a minor issue upon arrival. I had previously confirmed the dinner reservation via email, but the staff handled the situation promptly and efficiently. The dinner was delicious and of excellent value. I would like to commend the staff who served us during dinner, especially Ms. Bo, Mr. Bird, and Ms. Kik. The breakfast was also very good, exceeding my expectations.
