The hotel is a little old, everything in the room falling apart…..even the wardrobe can be closed and there is no safety lock….. However, all the staff I met during the 7 days were all so helpful and friendly……made up for the deficiencies in hardware

C Wing of the hotel is like a hotel from the late 1990s. The worst part is the shockingly low light in the rooms. The lamps are low intensity, some don't work. An atrocious centralised control system turns even the plug points off when turning off the lights at night. Air conditioning has a damp mouldy smell and does not cool sufficiently. The carpets, even the walls are worn out. Breakfast has a spread and the staff are friendly. I would never stay here again.

We arrived quite late due to traffic in the city and nearly end of free chocolate but we've got chance to enjoyed it. Reception gave us a room that guest no-show with complimentary birthday cake for other guests that still in our room. Room is quite old and lower ceiling, breakfast is quite ok but staff cleaned up table quite slow. Location is pretty great between night bazaar and anusarn market. Supermarket, Starbucks, burger king. When Hotel has an event then it's quite difficult to find a parking spot. By the way, it's good for a short stay.
