We were assigned a room in Block C. While we appreciate the accommodation, we noticed that the room condition was not as good as expected. We were informed that rooms in Block A are in better condition; however, the reception team mentioned that Block A was fully booked during our stay and no room change was available unless we were willing to switch to a twin-bed room. If there are differences in room condition and quality between Blocks A, B, and C, we kindly suggest that this information be clearly stated on the booking page, possibly with different pricing categories. This would allow guests to make informed choices according to their preferences, rather than being assigned automatically while paying the same rate.

As frequent visitors we struggle with beds in Thailand in our 60s. Thus sprang for a more upmarket last week than our usual budget. Feedback: Old feel and carpets smelt of shake&vac/old cigarette mix...the room controls need explanation-lights and power by bed(confusing and not fully functioning) also watching any TV (besides Al Jazeera news)was not possible due to awful satellite connection on English-speaking channels. 1st world prob yes, but if you are a 4 star hotel, full TV provision is a normal expectation for a week's stay in 34°C sticky heat. Electrical wires exposed back of TV are a hazard. Overall we were grateful for sweet service, but feel these issues could be addressed. 🙏

Perfect location, comfortable bed and super large sofa. We were 2 adults and 1 toddler perfect for us. We stayed in superior room. Staff were lovely always friendly and helpful at all times. And yes we would stay there again.

We had a wonderful stay at your hotel in Chiang Mai. The location is perfect: the old town is very close, and the food night market is just a few minutes away. We didn’t need to use any transportation at all — we walked everywhere. The room was clean and very nice. The pool nice, and the breakfast was one of the best we had during our holiday in Thailand, with a huge variety of both local and international dishes. The complimentary chocolate hour in the afternoon was a kind gesture.
