This is a hotel I have long desired to visit, not only for its beautiful and unique architecture but also because every room offers a sea view. However, the service and management fall short of expectations and require significant improvement. It appears there is an insufficient number of staff to provide adequate service. Overall cleanliness is satisfactory, but it could be better. The level of care provided is also average. In the room, everything is acceptable, except for an pleasant odor from the air conditioning, which causes the floor to become sticky, leaving your feet uncomfortable. The seafood buffet is enjoyable, and I recommend making a reservation in advance, as it tends to fill up quickly.

It was overall a good stay . However , pls be mindful of using the bathroom , those floor tiles are very slippery, should offer a better quality room slippers . I had breakfast at the Twist restaurant, I could not take away my unfinished black coffee . I could understand food is meant to be eaten at the buffet restaurant and does not allow guests to take away the food , however , you could exercise some flexibility regarding the drinks . A little kind gesture will enhance the guests experiences.
