Regarding the kayaks and SUPs, we sincerely apologize for the disappointment and confusion you experienced. These activities are subject to the actual sea and weather conditions and therefore cannot be guaranteed. Our team continuously monitors the conditions and only allows the equipment to be used when they consider it safe for our guests. Sea conditions can also change throughout the day, including wave levels and water depth, which may explain why the equipment was available at a different time during your stay. Nevertheless, we understand how disappointing it must have been to see other guests using the equipment after you had previously been advised that it was not available. Regarding the fireworks, we are also sorry that the show did not take place as expected. Although the fireworks are scheduled for certain occasions, they remain subject to weather and safety conditions, particularly wind and rain. These conditions can change unexpectedly, and unfortunately, we are unable to guarantee that the show will proceed. We understand that, from your perspective, these activities had been communicated as part of the experience you could enjoy during your stay, and we regret that we were unable to provide them as expected.
