Stay was alright, but perhaps some recommendations on what to do around there would have helped.

Poor services and over price

The service is very bad. The pillows are old and terrible. They are very flat, even when you put two together they are still too low. When I reached the hotel at 10:30 p.m. and asked for two extra pillows, surprisingly the receptionist told me that there was no housekeeping after 10:00 p.m., so no extra pillows could be given and I would need to wait until the next day. The receptionist never tried to help me solve the problem. At the Novotel Bern, the pillows are just as bad, but the receptionist tried to help by taking two pillows from another room first. Why can't this hotel do the same? When paying so much, such a simple thing should be possible. The most important thing is having a good sleep, but such a simple requirement can't be fulfilled. It is not worth the money.

A beautiful hotel with a clean and cosy hotel. Very warm and helpful staff. It's well located and near the city center and has a mall next to it. The breakfast served is very lavish and good. A feel good stay and it has an Italian restaurant which is beautifully done though I did not get a chance to enjoy the meal there. Hotel has vehicle paid parking facility.
