We chose to stay here with our pet n was very happy to find the room neat n tidy with no pet odour. Even a dog sofa bed was provided...it was so comfy! The staff were also helpful n lovely. Location very good although the inconvenience was having limited car park nearby.

A very enjoyable stay, the room was really nice and comfortable and the location is amazing. Not sure if we got lucky and found an amazing deal but the price was very good compared to lots of other places nearby. We didn’t have pets but I love that this is an option for guests as well.

We arrived for a party in Canberra and had to quickly check in and leave. I was not offered two keys on check in. During the evening I misplaced the one room key given. We got back to the hotel after 10pm and there was no one there! We had to wait 40 minutes for a security guard to let us into our room. We couldn’t go out to get anything to eat either before the guard came, as we weren’t sure when he’d show up, or after as we couldn’t use the lift even if one of us stayed in the room to let the other back in. So we had a very dull evening rather than going out for a late meal and then to a bar - which is why we chose to stay right in the city. Very dissatisfied with the lack of service especially on a Friday night.
