We loved our 3-nights stay. As All silver we enjoyed welcome drinks and late check out. Service was great. Room was nicely designed. I liked gym I used couple of times during our stay.

I always enjoy staying at this Novotel. It's close to the main train station and various modes of public transportation. It's affordable and the staff are friendly.

Despite several emails , no reply from the hotel. The credit card deduction was for full amount. My stay is partially contributed by 8000bpoint which mean 68.29 euro to be deducted not 228.29 euro.

I believed we rightly booked 2 rooms for 3 and 2 pax described in the Accor web page as we paid more for the triple room. Initial checked in was good and front desk was aware that there are 3 pax in the bigger room. After unpacking in the room, I was then told to top up 40 Euro for the 3rd pax which I unhappily paid as I strongly believe the hotel was not representing correctly. I spoke to the manager the next day and showed him that the hotel website was misleading which he agreed. He offered us drinks. But what offended me most was the discriminatory attitude by the front desk senior staff when he seems to imply that I paid for 2 pax room while squeezing 3 pax. If I had planned that, I would have booked 2 same double rooms and not announced the 3rd pax. Secondly, the carpark is per entry instead of multiple entries. The reason for having a car is for flexibility to visit Hamburg. Why would the guest park for 24 hours? While the carpark belongs to a 3rd party, the hotel should try to arrange for such flexibility. Quoting 35 euro per day is misleading as guest will assume they can drive in and out. This needs to be communicated. Regardless, the decision to give up my other Hamburg Accor Group hotels for this hotel was a big mistake and very bad experience.

We appreciate your recognition of the booking process through the Accor ALL app and your positive remarks about the arrival experience. It is wonderful to hear that you found value in your stay and that the check-out process met your expectations. However, we sincerely apologize for the miscommunication regarding the rooms. While we have rooms with a maximum capacity of 3 or even 4 persons, we do not offer any rooms for 3 or more adults. As soon as 3 adults are entered during the booking no rooms will be shown. The reservation that we received online was for one superior and standard room, both with only 2 adults. As the superior room is a bit bigger and has different furnishing, this room has a higher rate than the standard room. This should have been clearly communicated at check in, when it was obvious that there had been a misunderstanding. We will ensure to upgrade our training procedures, to better serve our guests in the future. As for the parking garage, we wholly agree that a special price for our guests and the posibility to drive in and out at any time would be really convienient. Unfortunately, all our attempts to negotiate a price for our guests have been ignored by the operator of the garage. Most guests park in there for the whole stay and explore Hamburg by foot, bike or public transport. As such we never really had a complaint regarding the pricing communication, but we will take your feedback to see how we can amend the information on our webpage to be more precise. Really well located, close to shopping, Hafn city and Central Station. Room was very clean and sufficiently spacy. Breakfast was good. For some reason, check in and check out took very long, where I was just standing there waiting for the person at counter to type and look at his screen (people at other counters were checked in much quicker). Particularly on check out, the person at counter allowed himself to be interrupted mid-check out by another guest who had a question which seemed to drag out. Felt weird.
