Amazing staff, from check-in, restaurant/bar, breakfast, housekeeping, to check-out. Everybody made our stay memorable. All staff are multilingual. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Lounge, restaurant e other common areas are nicely decorated and upkept.

We would recommend this Hotel for a family when staying for a short period of time. The room was spacious and the play area near the reception was perfect for small children. The staff were friendly and they made us feel very welcome. The buffet breakfast was great and there were a range of options. One disappointment to note, is that the actual kitchen times and the times mention on the menu for lunch, bites and dinner did not align. The menu indicated that you could place an order from 12:00PM, however the kitchen only opened at 06:00PM.

It's a okay hotel, rooms are wide and beds comfortable. However, it needs some maintenance: my door lock was not working, one of the lights in the bathroom was not working, the phone in the room was not connected.. Breakfast is bad quality and so is the food offer at dinner.
