They truly made my three-week stay feel like home. Monserrat, Iván, Chef Daniela and Chef Álvaro deliver exceptional warmth, kindness, and service. The breakfast buffet offers great variety, and being able to order eggs exactly the way you like is a huge plus. For dinner, the tuna ceviche and salmon became my absolute favorites. Thank you for making my stay and my time away from home so much better!

Staff lovely - Angelica from cleaning staff is a delight room is always spotless. Food is okay. Great location and nice atmosphere all around the hotel. Really nice common areas to chill.

The location was excellent. However, the room service was inconsistent. For example, water was not replenished, there were no room slippers, and towels were insufficient. These issues caused some inconvenience during my stay.
