I WAS TOLD THAT I HAVE TO CONSUME OR I CAN'T BE AT THE RESTAURANT EVEN THAT I WAS POINTING TO THE LADY THE TABLE THAT I WAS SITTING AT WITH MY WIFE, SHE DIDN'T USED HER CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILL IN THE APPROPRIATE WAY, THERE WERE FEW OTHERS BUT I CAN WORK WITH THE DAILY SITUATIONS. I AM A HOUSEKEEPER DIRECTOR IN THE NEW JERSEY CASINO INDUSTRY AND APPROACH TO SITUATION IS THE MAIN CONCERN THAT I ALWAYS REMAIN MY STAFF, THE LADY AT THE RESTAURANT SHOULD IT ASK IF I WAS ATTENDING BEFORE ASSUME THAT I WAS JUST STANDING THERE IN THE PHONE.

Excellent location in the El Tesoro shopping mall/commercial district. Was in Medellin from Nashville TN for a hair transplant with Skin Hair Clinic, Dr Lina Muños in the medical towers attached to the shopping mall. Didn’t need a car the entire trip except to get to and from the airport. The mall has tons of shops, restaurants, and even a grocery store. Everything you need. Very clean and upscale. Totally did not expect it to be so nice and safe. Even though they didn’t travel with me, I wouldn’t have any problem letting my wife and young kids roam the mall by themselves. Very safe. Also, the hotel had amazing breakfast in the hotel on floor PP. Buy the breakfast during the booking. Very upscale. We used the workout room which had plenty of options for our stay. Pro tip: helpful to know basic spanish, however the menus at the restaurants had pictures of every dish and most had English menu options available. The hotel itself had English speaking front desk agents, so that was a non issue. There’s plenty of ATM’s in the mall to get the local currency using your US-based Visa or MC debit card. Overall and amazing experience.

The location is good, but for the price they should be a little more generous with the complimentary water. On two occasions we left the "clean" sign and they didn't clean the room. The prices of the drinks and food seemed exorbitant to me. If I return to Medellin I would look for another option with a fairer price-quality ratio.

The Hotel is very clean and tidy but I had couple of issues. I went to have my breakfast couple of days and nothing was left. The other issue was the noise of the other rooms, I could here people next room to me having sex all night.
