Lovely hotel and great location. A bit of confusion at check in and check out regarding 2 reservations and room type/rate. Had called prior to check-in to confirm bookings were linked, then upom check in asked again, assured all was ok however I had doubts as the reg form only had until the first booking ended. I re checked a couple of days later and someone else fixed it up, 3rd time lucky. Thought I had been given upgrade as the rego form had the type of room and my standard rate however upon checkout was charged upgrade fees. I did apply for an upgrade but this was never confirmed when we checked in so I assumed it had been complimentary as the original charges were on my rego form. House keeping didnt top up milk tea etc and slow on servicing rooms , but more than accommodating when asking for supplies. Potentially due to time of year understaffed and busy.
