Room was clean, spacious and comfortable. Staff was really welcoming and helpful. My only recommendation is a possibility to have a room service for the food ordered from the restaurant. It was a nightmare bringing food upstairs by myself.

We enjoyed our stay at IBIS Styles Bad Reichenhall very much, The hotel is conveniently located, interior looked really well and clean. Sauna is nice and the breakfast holds all you need (and more). We appreciated to having complimentary tea & coffee during the day. The family room was just perfect for us!
