My only issue is the fact that certain amenities had to be provided on request and I didn’t get to have an iron to iron my clothes. Other than this I enjoyed the service and the very kind and friendly staff.

Very easy to book and to check in. Spacious and clear room. Very polite and effective stuff. Very good breakfast. Sustainable hotel. I skipped daily cleaning as we stayed for only two nights.

Nice hotel, good location, perfect staff, friendly and helpful, average breakfast, bit very very expensive 235 EUR per night is much too much for Mercure hotel. Nice room but nothing special, nice restaurant, good food, parking in the hotel, the biggest advantage is the staff, very professional and polite but the price is really crazy I d like very much Salzburg, but it is not New York

It was nice to stay at the hotel. The staff was very polite and helpful. Though we forgot a few items in the room and when we called back we were informed that the items were not found that was a bit dissapointing but couldnt do much about it
