From checkin to checkout, everything went really well. Stefan, on reception, was outstanding. He dealt with a miserable, whining English woman (who was ahead of me in the queue) with respect and in a highly professional manner. Stefan offered very helpful advice and I request his manner and help be acknowledged.

The online check-in is a little bit confusing as the hotel debit the room rate from my guarantee credit card but I prefer to pay the bill at the reception with another credit card.
