Check in was wonderful! The team member provided be with details on the local area and ensured I knew about the Salzburg Card. The room was large and clean, the bathroom was well lit, the shower didn’t drain very well. Housekeeping did walk in on me serval times, this was during the morning prior to 10am. On the day of departure they also walked in twice, often without a knock.

The issue with the shower drainage as well as the interruptions by our housekeeping team, especially entering the room without knocking, are certainly not in line with our service standards. Please rest assured that we will address this with the responsible team to ensure more attention and respect for our guests privacy. The shower drain will of course also be repaired immediately.
