Good room size, quiet although some renovations going on at restaurant and lobby. Bed is comfortable can have good sleep. It located in residential, 8-10mins walk to train and bus station in the winter. Nearby 2mins walk also got bus stop. Only negative I can think of, only one Thai restaurant ops the street. Not much happening in the evening, not suitable for party person, but it peacefulness is just right for me.

It was very relaxing stay for a single night and definitely if we visit Salzburg again, we will stay there Location wise it is perfect. Breakfast was nice but sometimes there could be more options served in other 4 stars hotels

Refurbishment in progress, advance notice would have been good. Reception was being built, bar was not yet build, restaurant was a bit like a canteen but noisy at 8.30pm with workmen’s power tools. Bebroom fine but shower was a slippery death trap an shower head was completely misaligned. Staff and food fine. NO CASH EXCHANGE FACILITY, NEAREST ACCESS TO EUROS WAS A BANK TWO MILES AWAY.

Simply a hotel with a thousand note service, from the entrance of my checking. because I arrived at 11 a.m. and I believe that the boy is the manager, educated, kind and helpful.

Good service provided by the Front Office Manager, room was spacious and free drinks in the mini fridge were a good gesture.
