i loved the christmas cookies offered by the receptionist and the welcome present that was at my room. Also I was very grateful for the upgrade, I really liked my room, it was spacious and cozy. the bed was very comfortable and i appreciated the electric kettle to make tea.

Checked into wrong room. So sadly missed our VIP plate as a Gold Member access in the “correct room”. Very well handled in check out. Apologies and garage made gratis.

Hotel Mercure is close to main train station and old town. Can walk to everything. Room comfortable and quiet area. Front desk staff Patricia was extremely helpful and friendly. We took her tourist attraction recommendations and everything was a 10 on 10. Patricia is a great staff addition to hotel. Thanks for a great time in Salsberg.
