Good enough but it was challenging to get in touch with the hotel for request services like room cleaning, additional towels etc. the new QR code system isn’t very good. Plus, there should ALWAYS still be a phone in the room for easy contact.

First, there was black mold in the shower. my husband is tall and the way the bathroom is configured, he could barely use the toilet and when he showered water got everywhere. They also said they were doing something special for us when we indicated we were traveling for our honeymoon and that's why we couldn't check in when we came back after the check-in time but when we got to our room there was nothing. We didn't expect anything but to make us check-in late because our room wasn't ready, use this as the excuse, and then not do anything was kind of disappointing.
