but we did not like the man at breakfast/restaurant who is so rude when we were just getting water from the machine dispenser after a long day! It's just water and you could have 1 that's free to all your guests.

The room was generally comfortable; however, I noticed that the two glass shelves had a significant accumulation of dust (it appeared they hadn't been cleaned in at least two weeks). If these shelves aren't serving a functional purpose, it might be better to remove them entirely. A clean, minimal space is always preferable to extra features that aren't being maintained
