Dear Mr. B., Thank you for your detailed feedback. We are pleased that you felt welcome, received helpful information from our reception team and found your room comfortable and our parking secure. Your restaurant experience, however, should have been better. Our team’s attention must remain with our guests until the end of service, private conversations and closing duties should never make anyone feel overlooked.
